  They no longer have homemade sweet tea there. The options are the raspberry tea in the machine, or a bottle, which doesn't allow for refills. Subway has always had some of my favorite sweet tea, so I won't be going to the one on Nolensville Road anymore, unfortunately. :-/

  I go to this location a lot, it’s always average. Just employees who could care less about being there. I stood in the restaurant for 3 minutes, until I shouted for the employee to get up from sitting down behind the counter with his airpods in, to come help me. Also, just no care into his job, got home and just poor quality, lettuce seems old, and sandwich is just falling apart just by opening the wrapper. For $18.19 for a poor quality sandwhich and some chips is crazy.

  The Nolensville Subway should lose its franchise license. It is the absolute worst. The owner allows kids who work there to run the place as a hangout. They are allows closed, even during normal business hours, and are extremely rude. Drive out of your way to visit any other Subway location!!

  Order four times in both web and in-store, every time my order was misplaced or completely messed up. Don't know how to put it in a positive language, so I just keep it quiet.

  Found a bug in my sandwich today (in the chicken) which made me get sick, for obvious reasons. I called and notified the manager and he responded by offering to make me another sandwich---clearly, I did not want a second sandwich after being sick from the first one. A refund or more concerned response would have been much more reassuring. My co-workers and I will not be back. *I would attach a photo but do not want to make anyone else as nauseated as I am.*
