They replaced the Queso Blanco with a thick, yellow, grainy cheese—both in our meals and in a large side—with no notice or communication from the store. I didn’t realize until I got home and opened the food. Gross! I won’t be ordering from here again.

The staff was nice and had my pick of seating. Tables were clean, which is usually a dead giveaway that a store is unclean.
- JCJames ChittomApr 23, 20261.03 visits in a row, no chicken and no Al pastor. No fajita veggies as well last night. I would have waited for them to make more, but was simply told “We are out”. This location is open until 11pm, we should not be out of half of the ingredients at 8pm. I walked out without any food last evening. I don’t know what to do. I love Chipotle and was so happy to have one in Nolensville, so sad the closest one to home can’t get it together. This is not the standard Chipotle expects for its customers.
