  Very very sweet girl that works in the drive thru. She is always so very pleasant when I come through and pick up my door dash orders. She's always so happy and upbeat and seems to just be loving life and loving her job. Very very excellent customer service y'all!!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!

  went through drive thru as I was ordering the young lady kept cutting me off so much so that i didn’t know what i had ordered. She did this several times til I finally said Can I order please? well she got mad she wouldn’t talk to me after that she kept turning her back on me and shutting the drive thru window and standing with her back against it. wouldn’t tell me how much or respond after I paid handed me my bag shut the door I just sat there because I didn’t get my drink or did she ask if I needed sauces. It was literally like watching a 3 year old throw a tantrum.

  Good experiences at Taco Bell are becoming less frequent. But Kristin W had great customer service and was very pleasant to interact with. My receipt didn’t have a survey code on it but I wanted to give her the shoutout she deserves. She made this weary traveler smile.
