  I usually enjoy my food from Arby's, but today I went to get my Coke and it looked too light. It tasted like something was wrong with the carbonation.I tried the Dr. Pepper and it tasted bad also. I got Sprite and it wasn't as bad.I didn't think anything could be done, so I didn't say anything.I got in the car to eat and the curly fries tasted old and some were hard at the ends. I bit into my sandwich and it seemed fine. My husband took my fries back inside and told the lady about the fries and she got another order for him and plopped it on the counter with an attitude.The new fries were nice and hot. But as I was eating my sandwich, I was finding some tough pieces. One piece wouldn't pull in half as I bit it. I'm disappointed in my meal today. I'm traveling. If I lived around here, I don't think I would want to go back.

  Waited 15 minutes before order was taken, and then asked for extra mocha on our shake and this is supposedly extra. Smh. Fast food sucks anymore

  Not the greatest Arby's I've gone to. The food just didn't taste like I'm used to at other Arby's. The service was okay, but they did ask us to pull up and they would bring it out to us. This is a custom that is becoming more common at fast food drive thru's and really shouldn't be.

  Had a shard of metal in my sandwich. Stuck me in the mouth.

  Drive threw took way to long for food come out and it wasn't really warm when it came out.
