- LMLinda McDanielAug 22, 20261.0This was the worse pizza 😞 l have ever received at a Papa John's pre ordered sat in parking lot for an hour still waiting on confirmation so went inside they told me 3 minutes for wings it took another 20 minutes to get order drove home to a soggy pizza the pizza dough wasn't cooked the toppings were piled up on the pizza to look like the new thick crust that was so thin you couldn't pick it up to eat everything feel off the uncooked crust it wasn't cheap one so called soggy (thick crust pizzawith 6 wings was 38.00 a wastes of my time and money ! Do better New Tazwell Papa John's people work hard for their money and can't afford to throw 38.00 in the trash can because you care so little about what you serve......

Called the store and manager said we would have store credit. Just called to use said store credit and said we could only use it on the same exact order that was messed up from last time. Which was NOT what the store manager told us when the original order was wrong. Very dissatisfied over all. I’d rather spend more money somewhere else than do business somewhere that doesn't stand by their word.

However, to call in a pickup order, I had to talk to a call center person who was very hard to understand. She was nice. But I dont know why I cant just call the store and talk to an employee to order food.
