  Placed an order for 2 pizzas on the app. Picked them up. Brought them home to eat and the dough was completely raw in the middle and inedible. Called the store and manager said we would have store credit. Just called to use said store credit and said we could only use it on the same exact order that was messed up from last time. Which was NOT what the store manager told us when the original order was wrong. Very dissatisfied over all. I’d rather spend more money somewhere else than do business somewhere that doesn't stand by their word.

  I have no complaints about the food, service, or atmosphere. Their food is great!! However, to call in a pickup order, I had to talk to a call center person who was very hard to understand. She was nice. But I dont know why I cant just call the store and talk to an employee to order food.

  They never see the order placed via their own app. I feel like when I come in there that they don’t give care that I’m there. They wish I didn’t order anything and that they hate their life and also their job. The food is very subpar. I think they might’ve been high while they were making it this place is terrible. I will never eat here again and I wouldn’t be surprised if they eventually get a health code violation because I doubt anybody gives a crap about how the food is stored or how anything is done there. That was my overall experience and it sucks cause I usually love Papa John’s, but this place is terrible.
