  Very dissatisfied. Woodlands typically had a brad name anywhere u go in the World and stood for Exceptional food and service. But this place was such a let down. Service was very poor for Indians. Kept staring at me, no smiles, etc made me feel guilty and wait a lot for getting anything like mini dosa in buffet (which was included in cost of buffet) Food was sub par. Remove the woodlands name please.

  When I travel I always look for the best Indian restaurant in the city. Fortunately, I don’t have to leave Nashville to have the best. Woodlands is my very favorite as it offers a variety of interesting dishes that excite the palate. Plus, they are open 365 days a year with excellent service that is always welcoming.

  I love Woodlands!! Their food is amazing, and you couldn't ask for better hospitality. They are also great with allergies, I have celiac disease and there are not many places I can eat. However, I can always count on Woodlands for the most delicious and comforting food, that I know for sure is safe for me to eat. You can tell that they really care about good food and a good dining experience. Definitely take the time to visit this restaurant, it is way better than any of the touristy places you'll find around here.

  My wife and I usually come here as an occasional treat, but today we had a serious issue. Something we ordered contained eggs, possibly the bread pudding, the chocolate cake or the little orange squares. The waiter said the restaurant does not use eggs, but that turned out to be incorrect. My wife had an allergic reaction, had to use her EpiPen, and ended up going to the ER. It is always disappointing when a restaurant does not know what is in their food.

  Very bad service! We were a party of six and ordered dosas, it took them one hour to get the food, the service staff, manager were so rude. If you are in a hurry and need to stop for a quick lunch this is not the place. The food was okay. They never mentioned gratuity for a party of six but charged 18% on the bill in spite of waiting for food for an hour.I would definitely not recommend them for anyone. I can't do zero stars so I have to put 1 star.
