  I usually experience great service and food at this location but today the staff member seemed very irritated. She didn’t even bother to ask me what drink I wanted. She just gave me a coke. On top of that my fries were cold 😫

  Us CA girls finally got to try Whataburger! With the regional food feud between In-N-Out & Whataburger we knew when we saw it we had to try it. We walked in and were greeted by the workers. We asked what was good, what was the most common order and what they recommended. They were very honest and helpful. We used the kiosk to place our order. I ordered their Patty Melt Meal with the Peach Refresher, My friend got the bacon cheese burger. We both got spicy ketchup and bbq sauce. Both of our burgers were really good, the fries were cooked perfectly but those refreshers took the cake! Our food was brought out to our table within 10 minutes (or less) of when we placed our order. Now I didnt see a similarity in the food between the two. I prefer the Whataburger Fries. Their Patty Melt and Bacon Burger reminded me of food you'd pick up from a Frosty type restaurant and I liked that. The price was pretty cheap for the quantity and quality of food we got. I would definitely eat Whataburger again.

  The burgers are always fantastic here, my favorite being the Sweet and Spicy Burger sans the cheese. The fries are always great, there are always lots of long ones. It's nice that they also have some chicken items in case you don't want a burger. Service is always superb.

  Terrible experience this afternoon. We were in the drive-thru for 25+ minutes and it wasn’t even super busy. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. When we finally got to the window, the worker {wearing a Whatagoat name tag} had no sense of urgency or hustle, even after looking out the drive-thru window seeing how backed up the drive-thru had become. He asked what drinks we ordered and I said 2 medium Dr. Pepper’s and he looked down at the at least 6 drinks that had already been poured and were sitting in the window {in my picture} and said “damn” and had to re-pour our drinks because he couldn’t tell which ones were Dr. Pepper. After handing me my drinks, the worker asked me to pull up and wait for my food. I told him no, because I knew this meant they could continue to take their time in delivering my food and we had already been waiting for close to a half an hour. He said “did you just say no?” I told him I did and I would be waiting at the window for my food. I explained we had been waiting so long and they don’t seem to have any pep in their step or really know what is going on and couldn’t even tell what drinks were what. He proceeded to tell me “We do have a system, want to come in and see it?” After telling me they had a system, he left the window and someone else brought a bag of food to me that wasn’t ours. They then had to go back and find the correct bag. The order was correct this time and the worker assured me it was correct, but we didn’t realize until we got home they didn’t include any spicy ketchup which I had asked for “a lot” of when I ordered and is one of the main reasons we go to Whataburger. All in all this location seems to have gone downhill & we won’t be returning.

  1st time here - not impressed at all - went through the drive thru, ordered our very over priced food, had to wait 20 mins for them to bring it out, got home and the buns were dried out and crunchy, like dried out bread gets, a ton of mustard was on mine, so much so I couldn't taste anything but mustard so I couldn't eat the sandwich (#1 meal)- my drink had barely any ice in it so my tea was warm, my husband's sandwich had pickles on it, after he had told them specifically NO PICKLES! I expected alot more or better tasting food from all the hype, but the hamburger was dry, bread was crunchy tea was warm... no WON'T EVER GO BACK - IT IS NOT WITH THE PRICE, ETC. IT WAS BAD!
