  DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT. Made to sit in drivethru more than 30 minutes. After paying at window, I was given no receipt and no food, only drinks. With no one coming out, I went inside and requested refund. The 3 workers loitering in the cooking area went to get the manager who claimed she was in the office doing paperwork and her 3 workers cant manage on their own. I asked for refund and was told they cant make ANY refunds. Food was passed over after receiving attitude from manager, food was missing and all were cold! Manager argued that I was already given food. 1 worker stormed off into the back, 1 walked out into the lobby. After receiving missing hashbrown, I asked for my receipt as none was given. Manager only called out from the back she cannot do any reprints. Corporate complaint WILL be filed.

  Everything about this place was lovely! My partner and I came in, completely exhausted from our very VERY long drive, and we just wanted to eat something comforting. Once we ordered, we sat down, and the food was brought right to us. Maybe we were just hungry, but our sandwiches were FANTASTIC - we kept talking about it on the way home. We thought the atmosphere was lovely and the store itself was kept up nicely! The only very tiny setback was the fact that I couldn't find any close-by table tents, so I had to take one from an empty table. Other than that, we truly loved our experience here and made it very clear that we definitely would want to return (even though it's many states away from us :)).

  Took 20 minutes to get my food, our burgers were cold and they left out the chicken. My kids fell asleep in line it took so long. There were only 2 other cars ahead of me when I pulled in at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Call to have a conversation with someone and there’s just a recording saying nobody is available to take my call.

  First time going to whataburger and I was really excited to try them but I was ignored by the staff. They even spoke loudly enough to be heard after someone asked them to help me saying "I'm not gonna do that he got a coupon in hand" Worst experience ever

  I went later at night trying to order some food after getting off of work late. They were the only thing open besides McDonalds, so I thought I try it. I sat at the drive through window for few minutes and no one answered on the mic. I pulled up to the actual drive through window and someone finally walked over after me waving them down and they told me they couldn’t take any orders because they have to clean up and their restaurant is a mess. Note they’re supposed to be open 24 hours. Out of kindness, I was going to ask if I could just order the easiest thing they could make, because I was hungry and was trying to respect the fact that I was there late at night. Then another girl came to the window it said the same thing and that they were also just servicing the two people in the lobby. I then I asked “So I can’t order anything off the menu from here” and they said no. I then stated “thats not how you treat people” and the girl proceeded to slam the drive thru window in my face. I wasn’t trying to be mean, nor was I expecting to be treated that rudely. I’ve worked in food service myself, and if that was the case, they could have relayed their message in a nicer tone and manner and I would have understood, or offered me to come inside and ordered, which I would have. Now I will never be back. I don’t think ever been treated that rudely in a drive through either.
