  The food here is delicious! We had a bagel sandwich with Ugg Sauce ! It’s amazing if you haven’t tried it yet it’s a must . The bagel choices are great and fresh and yummy. We were able to enjoy those throughout the week .

  Stopped by for a Lox & Loaded on a sesame bagel. The owner was running the counter and told us we were lucky to come in. He said he personally made the best lox bagel. Not only was he not blowing smoke but he generously gave us two bagels for the price of the one. Loved the pickled onion and cucumber on it.

  Great bagels. Went on a Saturday (10/10/26) morning and it was incredibly busy. Waited. And waited. The girl aggregating the food and bagging orders, I don't know if she was new or what, but you could see the bagels piling up in orders. SHE WAS SO SLOW. LIKE COMICALLY SO. A sloth at the DMV would be faster. If I hadn't said anything about waiting, I'd probably be still be waiting. The couple in front of us got there before us and were still waiting when we left with our order (and the toasted bagels were room temperature by that time). Good bagels. Terrible wait. Mediocre service. But if you like waiting with a gaggle of sorority sisters, this is the place for you.

  Customer service was terrible. The red headed gentleman was rude. After watching people that ordered after me get their food before me, I asked for a refund. He told me it would take 2-3 days. That was 8 days ago, still no refund. To add insult to injury 20 minutes after I left I got a text telling me that my order that I canceled was ready for pickup.

  Great bagel even better service. Shawn provided fantastic customer service and went beyond the norm to ensure I was taken care of. I got the sea salt bagel with cinnamon sugar cream cheese and it was tastyyyy! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I’ll be sure to return.
