  Unsure whats happened the past month but Ugly Bagel has fallen off. Service is still good but the food quality has dropped from a 10 to a 3. Bagels no longer taste like bagels. Less dense and airy. Don't feel like bagels. I have noticed a personnel change in the kitchen and a manger like dude. Maybe hes cooking the bread and kitchen is not his expertise. I could depend on a quick stop for a quality bite in the AM. Sad to say I won't be spending anymore money for this bad quality food. The bacon and chive spread is still too tier but they can have the bagels. Ive had 2 the past 3-4 weeks. The bagel I had a few weeks ago was off. This looks to be their new standard an not a bad batch. Wish I had taken a pic but was so disappointed I forgot. Never had coffee from this location. Sandwiches used to be good but I would not buy one given the current Bagel quality. Hope they can right the ship.

  Adorable, Colorful Decor, yummy options of bagels, spreads, and refreshing beverages!! Very nice staff too. A big hit for adults and grandkids alike, In the awesome, historic Arcade Alley.

  this was really yummy and the shop was so cute. i love the bagel displays not only really good environment but helpful for choosing my order

  No counter ordering or interaction with anyone. You order at a kiosk and the employees there act as if you aren't there. Bagels ok but uncomfortable vibe doing business here.

  This is terrible- I ended up throwing my sandwich away, the quality of ingredients is not good for what they are charging. I could have bought grocery store brand and would have been better. What is going on with your eggs anyway. Well you got my money 1x good on you. Not a single person behind counter even made eye contact. I felt like was robbed - there’s not even a proper coffee area, just single disposable creamers. My hotel did a better job which was the entire reason I was looking for an outside joint. You guys and I both failed - I just we back to my hotel breakfast
