I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received from the front desk representative at the Nashville Topgolf. From the moment we walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. We simply asked if it would be possible to wait however long it took to get two bays together because we were with several small children, including one child with special needs. We made it very clear that we were willing to wait as long as necessary. Instead of trying to help, she immediately told us she couldn’t guarantee anything and wouldn’t even take a moment to check the system to see if there were any upcoming openings. She basically acted like we were out of luck and made absolutely no effort to assist us. The way she spoke to me was condescending and degrading, as if I was asking for something unreasonable when all I did was ask a simple question. We even spoke with a manager, who apologized for the interaction, but by that point it wasn’t management who solved the problem. A group happened to leave, and two bays next to each other became available. In other words, the exact situation we had politely asked her to check for from the beginning ended up happening anyway. Had she simply been willing to look or communicate with us respectfully, the entire negative experience could have been avoided. We come to this Topgolf often because we’re local, and we’ve never been treated this poorly. The front desk is the first impression customers have of your business, and the person in that position should be friendly, professional, and willing to help—not someone who immediately shuts customers down and talks to them like they’re stupid. The facility wasn’t busy. We weren’t demanding. We weren’t asking for special treatment. We simply asked if we could wait for two bays together for the sake of our family, including a child with special needs. Instead of receiving basic customer service, we were met with attitude, disrespect, and zero effort. Management should seriously address how this employee treats customers. One rude employee at the front desk is enough to ruin the experience before it even begins, and that’s exactly what happened to us.

I organized a team event for 18 and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The website was easy to navigate to understand options and pricing and Ashanti with inside sales was wonderful, explained everything and answered any questions quickly. We arrived and Taylor, our host for the night, greeted me and showed the group how the games worked and made sure everyone was having fun and staying hydrated. Our team is largely vegetarian and they provided a Mediterranean buffet that was fully vegetarian. Everyone enjoyed the food and said that it exceeded their expectations. All in all, we had a great time and it was an excellent value for the golfing, food, and excellent service.

The worst service ever from Chelsea !! Sat there for 20 min while the bartender waited on other ppl. Didn’t even bother to make eye contact with us to say “hey I’ll be right with you, hi welcome to top golf” nothing! I get if you’re busy, but straight up ignoring people and intentionally avoiding people for that long is ridiculous. And just for clarification, at first a whole side of the bar was packed so didn’t think anything of it. After they cleared out she continued to ignore us and when we went up to ask her for something she said it would be just a min. Only to come back 10 min later and say “it’s gona be another 15 minutes before I’m able to get to you but there’s another bar upstairs and downstairs.” Gee thanks lady for not telling us that for 30 min.

If I could give 0 stars for service, I would. We went to Topgolf on Father’s Day to celebrate my fiancé’s first Father’s Day. We had an 8:15 PM reservation and were seated at Bay #121. We ordered food and drinks, played golf, and even extended our bay time by 45 minutes because we were having a good time. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. There was absolutely no pre-bussing throughout our visit, empty plates and glasses sat on our table, and we never received a single water refill. Around 10 PM, staff started shutting everything down around us. The lights in surrounding bays were turned off, making it feel like they were trying to close for the night. We felt bad for still being there because we assumed the venue was closing. When we paid our bill, which totaled $328, they immediately turned off the lights directly above our table. By that point, nearly all of the lights around us had already been turned off. What makes this even more frustrating is that we later realized Topgolf doesn’t close until 1 AM. There was absolutely no reason to make paying customers feel rushed out three hours before closing. In fact, I have a photo timestamped 10:39 PM showing that all of the lights around us were already off. To make matters worse, we could clearly hear our server complaining about our tip to his manager and acting visibly annoyed that we were still there. No guest should ever hear a server discussing their tip, especially while celebrating a special occasion. I’ve worked in hospitality for years, and I would never imagine treating guests this way. This was supposed to be a memorable evening celebrating my fiancé’s first Father’s Day, but instead we left feeling uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disappointed. Spending over $300 and feeling like a burden for being there is unacceptable. The service completely overshadowed the entire experience. We won’t be back.

I visited Topgolf Nashville on Tuesday afternoon and had a great time overall! Parking was excellent, with a massive lot that wraps around the side of the building. The location itself is in a cool, developing industrial area right across the river, offering awesome views of downtown and the Broadway Honky Tonk district. Even as a non-drinker, I loved the atmosphere. We were on the third floor, which features a fantastic outdoor bar, a lounge, and a great kid-friendly area with cornhole, giant Connect Four, and plenty of shaded seating. The only downside was our host, Gabriel. He seemed to only focus on the year-round members who brought their own clubs. Unlike hosts at other locations, he never introduced himself or explained how to play; he only stopped by once to take a drink order. I actually only caught his name because I heard him introducing himself to the groups around us. To make matters worse, he interrupted us mid-swing to demand final payment, which really should have been handled after our time was up. Aside from the poor hosting, the facility itself is a 5/5, and going on a quiet Tuesday afternoon was perfect.
