  Unbelievably awful and rude experience just now. I stopped to get some cheesy rollups for my little kids and they said their drive through wasn’t working and I needed to com inside. I said I was unable to and they said well bye then and didnt answer me back. I was stuck in the drive through with nowhere to go but forward and watched the two cars in front of me get served food through the drive through. Unbelievable.

  The fact that I have to stop going to the Taco Bell that’s 3 minutes away from my house and drive 20 minutes away to another Taco Bell’s because their service and food is served BETTER is crazy I clearly ask if there were 2 chicken roll ups and it’s ONE roll up CUT in half and hardly anything rolled up in it so that Cantina Chicken Roll up meal they advertise is NOT it the hard shell and drink that came with the order was all I enjoy yall definitely should bring the prices DOWN it’s NOT worth it smh No Satisfied at all

  One of the managers, james kept on yelling at the underaged children! when asked about it he just said mind your business, i don’t think this is how you should run a company let alone making the kids self esteem lower. overall a negative environment.

  I would drive the mile and a half down the road to the donelson Pike one. This one is always so slow and even if you do a mobile order and drive from your house it will still not be ready for some reason. Small portions, long wait
