  First order > 2x Cantina crispy chicken tacos & 1x beefy loaded potato griller I get home open it up, 1x chicken taco burnt, 1x chicken taco not even in the correct shell I go back Second attempt, was told they tossed in an extra chicken taco for the hassle. Welp, 2x new ones fine, extra one was my old one in the wrong shell. And best part, beefy loaded griller wasn’t in the bag. I want a refund and I’ll call support tomorrow to make sure that happens

  I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. During my visit, I needed to use the restroom, and the condition of the facility was unacceptable. The floor was visibly dirty with what appeared to be feces, there was a strong, overwhelming odor throughout the room, and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. It looked as though the restroom had not been properly maintained or checked in quite some time. Clean restrooms are a basic expectation for any restaurant, and this experience was disappointing. I hope management addresses these sanitation issues promptly to ensure a healthier and more comfortable environment for customers in the future.
