- THTab HarbehbandAug 26, 20263.0I like this place, I do… but here are some things to know in advance. They are not good with large orders. As in fairly consistently mess it up. They also have no qualms advertising a price and not honoring it, which well frankly not ethical or legal. Case in point. They advertised 8 caramel marshmallows for 7.00. Each time I tried to buy them it was an ordeal. Then finally they were like flat out nope not giving you the price on the sign we’re discontinuing the offer. That’s all well and good, but I told them if they advertise it they’re supposed to honor it. I had to make a point to inform them they needed to remove the sign then. I come here often and I still couldn’t get the assistant mgr to honor the price one last time. Even though he admitted I was the main one buying them. So I’m a frequent customer, who always tipped and treating me like that was cool? 🧐So, they’d rather lose the sale vs honoring their own pricing? It’s dishonest and frankly pissed me off although I remained polite about it. Another thing to note. Yes, they don’t have a drive through and although they offer drive up orders where they bring it to your car, they don’t check their text messaging orders well. Any time I’ve ordered in advance I have had to call at least once to get them to come outside to the designated parking. Which is especially frustrating when I have young kids. So I started going when I have only one with me in order to just go inside. I will say they’re friendly, have a chill atmosphere and Joy is a joy (pun intended) and actually remembers my name. The food is also delicious when they get it right (my youngest has dairy allergies) and seasonal drinks are what keeps me going there. I will also give them that they correct the order without grumbling. In conclusion, weigh your needs when choosing them and keep these factors in mind!

My special request order note was also acknowledged. Food and drinks were delicious! It had been a long time since I visited and I was very impressed by the service quality.

I have a three year old and of course he was playing with the balloons and running around the restaurant and he was scolded by the staff multiple times. I tried containing him while we waited for our food but I felt very uncomfortable.
