It was not my first visit to this Subway inside the science center, but yesterday was the worst service I've ever had. The gentlemen who asked what kind of sub I wanted was friendly, but ultimately, he gave me the wrong sub and I did not notice until I went to eat it. He gave me the Italian bread when I asked for 9 grain. I asked for the cold cut combo. I don't know myself what all the meats are in it, but I like it so I order it. He then asked me specifically what meats I wanted, and I guessed that turkey and ham were in it, and some salami. My daughter and I were sharing a footlong, and she said she wanted pepperoni instead. When we got up to pay the lady mumbled and asked if I had pepperoni on it, which I did. The price seemed high, but I assumed she knew what she was doing. I had also asked for the drink and chips added to the order, and an extra cup of water for me. My total came to $15.61. As I was about to leave and my daughter had grabbed a cup for a drink at the fountain, she told me she did not charge me for the drink and said I only wanted water. I told her no, I asked for the drink and chips and then a water. She insisted I hadn't paid. So my friend in line told her to just charge it to her. When I sat down, I looked at the bill and she had rung me up for a pepperoni sub (my daughter only had some on half her sub) and then charged me extra for turkey and ham. I definitely overpaid. It was a busy line, so I did not want to dispute it, and the lady was not very friendly either. Then I realized I had the wrong bread. Another friend of mine sitting across from me said she had trouble with one of the women taking the order. She has four children and they don't go to Subway often, so they were trying to decide. The woman kept rushing them and repeating, "What do you want?" She said she was clearly irritated. It is a Subway in a children's museum. They should expect that kids aren't going to know what they want right away. Clearly, all of the employees at this Subway need to be trained in communication. They also should know what makes a coldcut. Besides, don't work there if you don't have patience for kids. I've eaten at this Subway before because it's more convenient when visiting the museum, but next time I am thinking I will just pack a lunch and be inconvenienced. The manager has recently reached out to me and will address it.

We came as a group and we had an amazing experience except for when we stopped for lunch at the Subway inside of the Center. There were 4-5 employees and only 1 actually helping customers. One stood there looked and walked away. We waited in like for 15 minutes for our 1 wrap and 2 kids cheese pizzas.
