  It’s Dickerson Pike. What do you expect? The check in process didn’t work for our mobile order so we had to push the button. The employees were nice and quick. The chicken bites were old but the rest was okay. The homeless guy sleeping on the curb was pitiful, but it’s Dickerson Pike!

  I like sonic but I go here on lunch sometimes and it's just not worth it, the employees have no idea what they're doing

  Unresponsive, sometimes it’s “drive thru only” but other cars are parked in stalls and receiving service. Just bulldoze the stalls or put signs up maybe so people don’t waste their time sitting around at a stall to be told it’s drive through only then hung up on without any further explanation. Gas is way too expensive to be wasted sitting around in a car blasting AC to be told you have to get in the back of the car line you just got out of because no one was responding at the drive thru intercom.

  Upon hitting the red button, I told Marcus which is the manager that I had an pickup order. He said you gotta walk up to doors to confirm it. I asked was it ready before I exited my vehicle. He just hangs up. So I got out and went on up there. I stated I only asked to see if it was the best time to go confirm the order. He says yes I got other people buzzing in. Really Marcus?! When there's no cars outside to be buzzing in anywhere. Come on management, do better!! I'll try avoiding picking up anymore orders from this place.

  Cold cheeseburger that should be 165° off the flat top and was at most 95° and with only 3 cars here? Someone will get sick at this location with Luke warm meat. Bun was not toasted and cold. No napkins or mint in the bag. And charged 80cents for a water. Avoid the location at all costs
