  I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but she was very nice! I drove from Kentucky to come to work this morning, and honestly, I was a little nervous as I got closer after reading some of the reviews. But my food was fresh, and everything was great! I haven’t had an Ocean Water since I was 23, and getting one today brought back memories—it almost made me want to hit a U-turn! 😂 But I knew I would be late for work. Thank you for the great service and fresh food! ❤️

  Location was Dickerson rd Food sucked, customer was terrible, not to be any sort of racist but we are in America if no one on staff can speak clear English you can't good customer service atmosphere n/a

  Haven't been in a long time, so we decided to get drinks. We didn't know the mix ins were an additional charge, that tells you how long it's been. But we still enjoyed our refreshing drinks.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order of more than $40, and the food was not fresh and tasted poor. The biggest issue was the customer service. I never received the marinara sauce that should have come with my mozzarella sticks. When I asked about it, a female server argued with me instead of simply correcting the mistake. I ended up waiting more than 15 minutes for something that had already been requested upon my initial order. I even walked to the patio to ask again, but she continued to ignore me. As someone visiting from out of town who usually stops in this area, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I won’t be returning to this location.
