  The girls that work here are SO rude and wil literally yell at you if you can't hear what they're saying. We came on 5/15/26 at 7:50pm so management can know exactly who was working

  Service was typical fast food service. Didn't take long on drive through, staff was friendly, but food wasn't very warm and was the bottom of the fryer crumbs.

  I placed the order for pickup because I knew the drive-thru at this restaurant is usually extremely busy. I arrived about 20 minutes later and parked in the pickup spot, but the very rude employee Called Nono refused to bring out the order and told me I had to wait in the drive-thru line instead, which was around a 30-minute wait, whats the point from placing online order if i have to wait and waste my time.

  The worst fast food location I have ever been to. You will not be acknowledged at the drive up - you will wait there for 20 minutes until you eventually just go through the drive through (this has happened on multiple occasions). We have learned our lesson now to just go directly to the drive thru. The staff attitude may be worse than the service… they don’t greet you. They don’t apologize for extended waits. They look like they hate their life. Last time we were here, the line was to the road and there were three employees just hanging out by the back of the building. Food is mid. Long wait in the drive through and for the food. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re spitting in food, the employees are that unpleasant. Dirty tables, signs and interior of the building.

  i’ve been to this sonic a couple of times bc it’s the closest one to my apt and always give them the benefit of the doubt - tonight was exceptionally awful - placed an order at 8:33pm and waited in a stall for two large drinks for over 45 minutes - even while waiting one the workers came out with a single drink complaining that the person who supposedly ordered the drink wasn’t even here and then proceeded to walk over to my car and ask if that was my order and i told her no and she immediately rushed away. I ended up having to go up to the window and try to get my order. When i let the girl know what my order was, she looks at me and tells me it’s not ready, and as soon as I tried to tell her it was 2 drinks and it had been 45 minutes, she just walked back in the door and sat on her phone in the back while another girl had a speaker in the front and was just dancing around. Not sure what’s going on with management at this location, but the need to hire new workers that actually do their job for the wages they’re being paid instead of ignoring customers hoping they leave.
