    I’m so beyond upset about this we placed a mobile order the burger was made incorrectly, the drinks were made incorrectly who puts strawberries in a twisted flamingo?? and it looked like they filled the lid up with water because when I grabbed it it dumped water all over me, the sauces were missing, and the place just looked awful the service was good it was quick and the carhop was very sweet however I would rather it take a little longer and be correct then get it fast and nothing be right I wouldn’t recommend this sonic to a rock I hardly place bad reviews however this one I felt the need to

    i order on the app and pull uo to stall, im there waiting 20 minutes and then my order disappears from screen, i waited a few more minutes then hit the button, i then i YELLED at by the lady answering the screen saying i must go to drive thur and before i get a word in she is gone, i go to the drive thur and she is still extremely rude questioning me why i never went to the drive thur before ( there is no sign stating that) i say i didnt know and she is then yelling at me again, i finally get more order of 2 drinks and there is SPIT IN MY DRINK! i will never be returning and will be reporting this to the health department

    ordered a mobile order to receive at a stall at 10:45, said it was on the way out at 10:55- we waited for it and it didn’t come so we pressed the button at 11:15 and was then YELLED at by the lady saying to come through the drive through and it was mobile order and pick ups only. absolutely ridiculous for TWO slushies.

    I am speechless. Not in the good way. It was always my dad’s biggest wish to go to sonic. We’ve managed to take him here for his birthday and it was the worst decision. Ever. The guy who took our order got everything wrong. I’ve repeated myself MULTIPLE times and he basically got nothing right. In addition, our wait time was terribly long even though there was no queue. Besides that the burgers were tasting fine, even though there were burned pieces, the fries tasted like they were rethrown into the fryer for the 4th time and the chicken nuggets tasted weird, as if they were fish nuggets. On top of all that, my dad had to throw up after that. I don’t want to blame our Carhop Zack, but this wasn’t the experience we expected.

    We went to get shakes after we had a Ghost Tour with a different company. We pulled up to order and were rudely told we could only order in the drive through. Even though we watched multiple other people pull up to a stall and order in a stall. After sitting in the drive through for about 3-4 minutes someone finally spoke and took our order. Once we paid it took about 12-14 minutes to get our shakes. Safe to say we will try a different place next time.
