  Just wanted a burger with mayo and extra pickles. They said screw you no pickles have a mustard sandwich.

  This place is a dump. There was an employee standing in the outdoor seating area smoking a cigarette right next to customers eating their food. I was in my car at the drive up watching this while I waited for my order to get brought to me. To my surprise, I saw this lady finish her cigarette, ash it out, not wash her hands, then go inside and grab my food and bring it to me. Literally disgusting and just vile. On top of that, they were gonna charge me 80¢ for a cup of water (I was spending $20 on food already for me and someone else). Terrible experience at this particular Sonic, but also shame on sonic in general for charging paying customers for a cup of water with their meal. Won’t be back. Thai location sucks and is dirty.

  Employees are unresponsive and rude. Didn’t get my food for 10 minutes, pushed button again to see what issue was, never actually received food. Would leave 0 star review if possible.
