    Do yall not put cherries in the cherry limeade anymore? Multiple locations I've been to and im not getting the cherries anymore. That's the whole point.

    The manager and his staff are rude. The manager had a moustache and long red hair tied in the back. He came out asking what I ordered, knowing I had trouble with the button. He was setting me up to criticize me over a simple mistake. We had a back and forth dialogue of him trying to make a fool of me in front of customers. He went back inside, and when he accepted the order from the customers on the intercom, he sarcastically said, "I'm sorry about that guy," the customers knowing full well that he was the instigator. When I tried ordering again, the other worker yelled at me through the intercom so loudly that the machine vibrated. They were being rude and unprofessional when I was trying to order from them, making a scene and then trying to blame me for it to amuse themselves. It must suck for the manager who is a proud high school graduate by his omission.

    The service and food quality can improve BUT so far I've never had actually a problem here. Waiting time could take a while. There is a guy (I don't know If he still there) skinny, long hair white guy who's customer service skill is OUTSTANDING.
