The breakfast burrito fell apart while I was eating it and the vegetables need to be smaller the tomatoes where to big.
Waited 12 minutes after hitting the button to order before someone picked up, then was told to hit the button again in 5-10 minutes because the employee had "too much going on", at which point we were fed up with waiting and left.
Really wish I had looked at the reviews to see people complaining of the same thing happening upwards of 9 months back.
So many replies from the owner, yet evidently not a single thing done to do any better.
Swig will probably put them out of business, but definitely avoid for the meantime

This might be the worst Sonic in America. I've been to at least 50 different locations. This one isn't bad in the way that at some Sonics you're scared for your safety, at this one it's unbelievably slow service, or no service, every time. The food is subpar for Sonic but not terrible. Clearly something is wrong with their system for online orders. I'm about 1/10 on getting my online order brought to my car within reasonable or unreasonable time, without pressing a button or literally calling the store. I've waited over 30 minutes for my order, not once, at least 4 out of the last 10 times I've tried to feed myself here. I've had to apologize for being late to appointments because of this Sonic. I've eaten cold meals because I was starving because my order was sitting on the counter for 20+ minutes after I confirmed which stall I was in to receive my order. Never again you guys. I don't blame the employees. Failing this bad this often can only be the fault of management. Get it together Bellevue Sonic, this is embarrassing.
Edit: Thanks for your reply. I think the only way to fix this, along with all of the other struggling fast food restaurants in Bellevue, is to pay employees more, so that you get better people to apply, so that good people who care are running the operation and making it better. I know, I know, but the labor cost is already too high! That's because nobody decides to go here because the service is too poor. You need to staff better in order to save this location.

Actually horrendous. Wait times are such a problem here. Over 45 minutes for one meal and two drinks??? And then to receive the wrong order and have to wait even longer for the right one. I have been here many times and I'm either waiting 20 mins or longer or the order is wrong, it's ridiculous.

I placed a mobile order and waiting 30 minutes for them to bring my food and then when they did it was completely wrong. They told me they would fix it and i had to wait another 30 minutes. I ended up asking for a refund and they got upset with me and the lady had an attitude about it. the long wait times are an ongoing issue here and it seems they desperately need new management. every time i come here it is an issue
