    The car hop was nice. The person who took my order I guess forgot about it. I was waiting for 25 mins and had to get ahold of someone to figure out where my food was. The same lady tried to get smart with me and said I didn’t order. We come to this location a lot but not sure if we will come back because this was ridiculous.

    I visited this location on 04/14/26 around 6:45pm. I really wish I had kept on driving! I pulled up at stall #6 and placed my order. It was a chicken sandwich combo with fries, and a medium Sprite for my granddaughter plus a medium ice water for me. I paid for it and left a tip. The carhop brings out the order, hands me the bag and one of the drinks. Before he can hand me the second drink, I asked which one was the Sprite. I thought that was reasonable since they both have the same color. This guy had the nerve to take the lid off the second drink, stick his nose in the cup and sniff my drink, before proudly exclaiming it was a Sprite while attempting to hand it to me! I immediately told him I didn't want the drink since he stuck his nose in the cup. He denied putting his nose in the cup. I told him again that I didnt want the drink or a replacement , but instead would just like a refund for the drink only. He told me he couldn't do that, so I asked for my receipt. He went back inside. I waited a short while then I pressed the red button and spoke with the person who takes your order. I believe it was the manager. I explained what happened and asked for a refund of the drink only. He told me he could refund the entire order and I would need to repay for everything minus that drink and wait 5 days for a refund. I stated I would not do that but I just wanted a receipt. The carhop didn't come back, so I walked to the door to get my receipt. When he sees me, he brings out a receipt that is torn and missing information, including part of his name. I ask for a full receipt that is not missing information. He said "I got you" and goes back inside, punches some button on the machine, then returns to tell me he can't give me a full receipt because "the printer is broken". I immediately asked for his name. He tells me his name is Daniel. I ask to see his badge. He declines. He said there is no name on his badge. He finally flips it over and it appeared to be a keycard for access to the inside. There was no name on it. I see another employee getting ready to take an order out, and I asked her what this guy's name was. She looked up at him as if she didn't know what to say. So I asked her, "Are you going to lie for him"? She said his name is Jordan. That name matched the partial name shown on the bottom of my receipt. I called the customer service number about my experience. As of this review, still no response. It is a shame to allow this type of behavior in any industry, but especially in the food industry. People sniffing your beverages, telling lies to escape accountability, a total lack of understanding by management to correct a subordinates wrongdoing, and an overall air of subpar dealings. No one deserves to be mistreated the way I was on this visit. I will advise EVERYONE, to stay away from this location until they correct some things and some people. Sonic, I don't plan to risk any more of my money with you. REVIEWS MATTER!!

    Drive in. Smashburger special was awesome. Reasonably priced and very tasty!
