  Sucks that they close before closing time. It doesn't take 10 min to prepare and serve a drink.

  The kid agreed with me about me saying I had a doordash order then I called the store talked to the manger. They finally came outside wasnt that busy and still took 9 mins to make the simple blast that was on my order ridiculous

  I used to really love this Sonic but something seems to have changed this summer. I always order ahead and tip in the app which means that I am tipping before I’ve received any service which already is not the greatest. For some reason this summer, the higher I tip, the worse the service has been. $1 tip = standard service, $3 tip = waiting 5-10 minutes past the pickup time, $5 tip = waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time AND having people who ordered at the screen AFTER I got there get their orders before me. I called to try to get the tip reduced to match the service I received and that seems to be impossible. I won’t waste any more time here.

  Horrible place. They were back up. My food was cold and not tasty. The burgers were sloppy. Uber Eats need get rid of them or fire the manager.

  Had a good experience at this Sonic. Can't speak for all of them. It looks like business was very slow but the food was hot and taste the same. Its fast food so don't compare it to a good sit down,linen cloth restaurant. I gave it 5 stars because nothing was wrong
