  Food was good. Took forever to get seated and took forever to get my bill. They may have been short staffed, but it wasnt really that busy. Was in there for over an hour, which it should have been more like 30 minutes since I did the buffet.

  The manager was being rude to her staff while switching out 1 end of buffet to lunch she told them that she could do their job and hers too. Then she was being rude not only to her staff but to customers. Almost yelling "customers know they can't have both buffets" her staff was assuring that those that were getting lunch had waited until the lunch buffet was up. I personally would have walked out had I been the staff she was talking to and let her do staffs jobs and her too. BUT the staff didn't get rude with her and kept good spirits with the customers. We were there on Fri June 19th for breakfast we got there around 10:30am.

  1 worker black gentleman working his butt off and manager is yelling and screaming at him in front of customers and did not show respect to him we tried to talk to her she was very disrespectful to the customers and us. She thought by hiding behind the fountain drinks we could not here her on the phone complaining about all of the customers sticking up for Mr. Charles but we did. I do not think this person needs to be a manager at all

  Walked in and they started putting a table together. Sat us quickly and then we waited. And waited, and waited. Finally after multiple times being told they would be right with us we finally were able to give a drink order. And that is when we finally were told we could only get the buffet. With 3 kids that are picky eaters we had to get up and leave because they wouldn't eat what was in the buffet. It would have been nice to know before we even sat down.

  The Experience sadly fell short on many levels. The staff were disorganized (Not their fault, their attitudes and friendliness were great), but they were expected to preform the work of too many people at once, leading to poor service. The food wasnt great either, very clearly un-frozen. The Chicken-parm sandwich and frys I ordered didnt come out hot. Although they do have a military discount, there was no way to pay a custom tip amount at checkout, forcing the customer to choose between 18%-25%, or nothing at all, so the tip felt forced dispite the disorganized service.
