  My dad wanted to go here for his birthday, he had been here several times before. It was my first time here, I made reservations ahead of time. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Maverick, which I think may of been one of the Managers was so sweet to my Great Nephew, who is 3 years old. The food was really good, in our party people got a couple of steaks, I got chicken and shrimp. Everything was great! The service was a bit slower at times, but it was Saturday night and the place was packed. Maverick did come over and check on us to ask how everything was, super nice man and wanted to make sure we had a great experience! Overall, great food and nice restaurant experience!

  Hey,Saltgrass!! Y'all knocked it out of the park! From the time our server got to our table, it was definitely worth five stars. We had Jamie as a server;Jamie is top shelf. She brought us the fried mozzarella followed up with perfect bone in ribeye steaks. My first time and the first of many. HOWEVER, from first walking in to sitting at our table was miserable. We started to just leave and try something else. Your host/manager is miserable and needs to be replaced with someone who appreciates his job. Probably the rudest host, I've ever encountered. Maybe he'd better serve you in the back,out of the public view. He was playing on his phone,when walked in,and acted irritated, we were even in his presence. No, welcome to Saltgrass or anything? That aside,WE WILL BE BACK! Five stars.

  I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saltgrass. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Our waitress, Faith, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and had great recommendations that we ended up loving. Her positive attitude and genuine care added a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable.

  True story. My girlfriend asked me what I felt like having for dinner and I said yeah let’s go for macaroni grill since there is this dish they have , and I haven’t been there for years. We show up but the location was close, across was salt grass..I’ve only been there once in Texas, so I wasn’t sure..and boy was I wrong!! They were simply amazing. There was a little bit of a wait( it’s understandable)so we went to the bar, while waiting the bartender was great. But what impressed me besides the food, is our server Cori and the attention you get, although it was busy. We even had the manager stop by..I used to run restaurants long ago, and I know people that genuinely care about their guests when I see it, and those location is one them. Thank you Cori and everybody, you made our day and we will back for sure. Thank you

  Such a terrible experience from the moment we sat down. Our waitress completely ignored us, no plates, no silverware, and it took 20–30 minutes just to get a drink order. Meanwhile, the table next to us, who was seated after we were, was greeted and taken care of right away. We eventually had to ask the manager for a new server because the first one dropped the ball so badly. The new server ended up bringing out bread as well, since that had been forgotten too. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The manager was great (loved the Zelda), and the second waitress was awesome, but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.
