  Overall it was fine. Initially, service was great. Then our server became overwhelmed. I think she had 6 tables in her area, maybe more. As a former server, I’ll suggest that was too many tables for anyone to give good service. We knew she was in the weeds, but she never checked on us to see how our steaks were (slightly undercooked). It took 15 minutes to get our check (brought to us by another server), then when our card was returned (before we added a tip) our server slammed it down on the table and walked away. No “Thank you for coming in.” or anything. Again, we appreciated she was in the weeds, but you still have to maintain professionalism with the customers. Food was ok. Steak was slightly undercooked and a bit tough. The first part of the evening was great. Unfortunately the ending was disappointing.

  When we first walked in we waited to be seated and one of waitress’ walked up and said nothing to us. No we’ll be right with you or I’ll be right back. She grabbed some forks and walked away. However we were seated by another young lady who was super nice Then our waitress Jenna was AMAZING from start to finish! She was right there if we needed anything. The food was awesome, from the seafood fondouex and fried mushrooms, to our steak and burgers, even our dessert. I would highly recommend going there for a very satisfying experience 🤗

  This is a steakhouse that doesn’t know how to cook a steak. 3 out of 4 steaks were overcooked by a massive amount and one side of the brussel sprouts was so burnt it was inedible. One of the first things they say when they seat you is that they have a scratch kitchen and how great it is, but maybe it’s too much if they’re cooking steaks medium well when you ask for it rare. No offer to compensate anything was the kicker that made me want to write this review. I wouldn’t trust a meal here if I was ever back in the area, the cooks just don’t know what they’re doing.

  Andy-from toy story, his words not mine. He was an amazing server. Took the time to explain what was available for today's special. And gave us amazing service. Food was excellent. Didn't get a picture cause after the first bite we didn't stop. Also bought margaritas with America's 250 birthday on the glass that we got to keep. Plus a photographer was in the building and took amazing photos of us at the table. I bought all 4 photos from him for 60 bucks. Great deal to remember the occasion. If you go to this restaurant ask for Andy, but I'm sure all the staff are great. I will definitely be back to eat here. I wish we had one in North Carolina. Happy Independence Day America.

  I ordered the ribeye and it was absolutely delicious. My food was lukewarm but it didn't matter because it was so good. My sister and her husband's food was cold and they were upset that the mashed potatoes were very salty. I will admit that the staff bent over backwards to take care of us and give us free desserts and took off my sister's steak because it was cold. BJ the manager replaced the items but my sister was unable to be satisfied. Personally my husband and I loved our food. So it's a mixed review because the food was not hot and the wait was long but the waitress was kind in the manager tried to fix everything.
