  This was my second visit to this restaurant. First time was good. However, this time “not so good”. Who in the world serves “chicken backs” as part of your meat order! Unfortunately, I didn’t realize what I was given until I got home. Don’t think I’ll be getting food from here anytime soon.

  Good food always but the meatloaf was a little undercooked. I should’ve taken it home to heat it but instead they decided to heat the styrofoam box in the microwave. This releases endocrine disruptors and styrene into fatty or oily foods. I wish they would serve to go orders in different containers because it makes me want to limit take out options that leach plastics and more unwanted chemicals in the food.

  Literally everything on their menu is fire 🔥 one tried it all no lie I'm definitely in love with the pig feet that's my go to every Sunday

  Every thing we got was delicious! The guy working, George, was super nice & made some suggestions and answered our jillion questions. Meatloaf, cheezy broccoli & rice, green beans. Pot roast, collards, sweet potato. Chess Pie, Banana pudding!

  Overly generous portions, obscenely delicious & well-spiced dishes, and outstanding friendly service. What more could you ask for? Visiting from California, I will definitely want to come back here next time I’m in Nashville.
