  Amazing service! It was busy and there was a wait on a Wednesday afternoon, so we knew it had to be good. The bar seats were available so we sat down and were immediately greeted by the wonderful Bayley. She was so very attentive and professional. She was training Alisha, but was still able to be the best bartender I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the Awesome Appetizer Adventure and it really lives up to its name! An adventure from one awesome appetizer to the next. I had 3 friends with me (shoutout Wednesday Lunch Club) and we all ordered different cocktails. Every single one was delicious! I will definitely be coming back!

  From the moment I stepped into the rainforest cafe here in Opry Mills I was greeted warmly and made welcome by the lovely bartenders Bayley and Alisha. My friends and I ordered a round of different specialty drinks that were made promptly with wonderful quality. Our awesome appetizer adventure was just what we needed to start our travels around the mall. Wednesday Lunch Club approves of this message, this establishment and most of all its lovely bartenders.

  I am only giving 5 stars because everyone other than my server were more than helpful and I understand I've worked customer service before. We were a larger party and were sat promptly we sat and we sat then finally our "safari guide" Laraziah came walking up and took our drink order. 20 minutes later she walks up with our drink but not our mixed drink which was sitting on the bar the whole time ice melting watering it down. Not too long later our food came out still no mixed drink until the manager brought at the same time. To make matters worse she messed up my brothers order and when another guide told her she stood and argued that he did order the ribs when he order pork chops. She definitely needs a lesson in customer service. It was some of the worst service I've received.

  We love coming here. Our server was amazing and on top of everything. The restaurant itself is just so much fun. My only issue is for the amount of money you spend there, the food was disappointing. My crusted chicken was burnt on the bottom but they tried to hide it, it was very dry. My pasta was ice cold. A steak was also ordered at our table, it was over cooked and tough, and their shrimp skewers were ice cold. I was just very sad that the food was not great this time.

  It's a really cool atmosphere but the food does not match the standards of the atmosphere. It's a cool place to visit everything is overpriced and the food does not match the money but it's fun to look at the fish while you eat so there's that It's just overrated for the price you pay. every time though... It's been 10 years no 15 years since I went there for my birthday cuz I thought it was so cool and it was not that great which is why we haven't gone back until we decided to give it one more chance since it had been a long time and it was exactly the same experience
