  We just wanted a nice happy hour somewhere. I went to opry mills to charge my EV and went to several places. We are locals. Not tourist. Both places. We’re terrible. No one at PF CHANGS in the bar. For 7 minutes. We waited! And the CHEESE CAKE FACTORY just couldn’t be bothered. Walking thru the mall we spotted the Rainforest Bar. And Catherine was amazingly accommodating. Friendly and service oriented. A total asset to this restaurant/bar.

  The service was absolutely amazing! Rane was super friendly and gave great recommendations. She gave service with a smile and the food she suggested was really good! The one issue that we experienced had everything to do with the absurd amount of birthday's that seemed to conveniently pop up one after another. It interrupted the experience quite a bit. This is not anyone's fault on staff, definitely people abusing the ability to get free cake. SHOUTOUT TO RANE FOR KEEPING A SMILE THROUGH IT ALL!!!☺️

  Terrible experience—save your money! 🚨The food was incredibly greasy, oily, and outright disgusting. In fact, our entire group had to rush to the bathroom immediately after eating. On top of that, the drinks were completely flat and the service was mediocre at best.We spent $160 expecting a great atmosphere and good food, but the reality was a massive disappointment. There was thick dust covering everything. This isn't a case of buyer's remorse; the quality simply wasn't there. Do your family a favor and take them anywhere else but here!

  i have to give a HUGE shoutout to our server rane at rainforest cafe!! 🌴🦁💚 she was seriously AMAZING from start to finish. she was so sweet, funny, attentive, and made the whole experience 10x better! you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her customers are having a good time, and honestly she had us laughing the whole time 😂 the food was great, the atmosphere was fun, but rane was definitely the highlight of our visit!! if you go to rainforest cafe, ask for rane because TRUST ME, she’s the one you want serving you!! 10/10 service and 100/10 personality. 💕🐒🌿

  Honestly, my fiance and I were a little Leary to eat here. We were taking the kids last minute school shoes, shopping, and thought they would enjoy it as a last day of Summer experience. I told my fiancé it would probably be overpriced and bad food because it’s mainly about the experience but we were wrong! My fish and chips was a giant portion and really tasty. I was a little hesitant of the coconut coleslaw, but it’s basically regular coleslaw with a slight sweeter taste and a little tidbits of pineapple and red pepper in it, which were awesome. They accidentally gave me their coconut curry sauce instead of tartar sauce at first and that sauce was so good I ate it with my fries! My fiance had the BBQ bacon burger, nothing super special but good. The kids loved the kids menu options with pictures and the cute tray plates. Kids meal include a side and drink which is always nice. The gentleman taking photos was really kind and didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase after we got it done. The atmosphere here is very laid-back and relaxed, You can walk around with your kiddos and see the animals while you wait for food. Jules was really the best part about our experience. It has been really hard to find good service lately for some reason and she was on it! From having been in restaurant management for a while, I can’t help to notice things, but right off the bat, even though she had another table to give drinks to and take their order, she at least stopped by our table and said I will be right with you instead of ignoring us which people like to do. Haha! She brought us refills in perfect timing just before we finished our drinks. She gave us good recommendations on ordering and She even offered to water down our kiddos lemonade :-) Thanks Jules for the great service!
