  Well, first off I used to come here all the time when Mike was a general manager and the store wasn’t ran like this. That’s a new general manager. That’s very very very very very nasty fixing food with pizza sauce and food on his shirt and iyou know it’s just like they need to give the general manager a serve safe service test because it is obviously that he doesn’t know and then he coughs with an open mouth on the line like Pizza Hut you got to do better. I understand that it’s not a lot of people that want to work for you guys, but when you have the type of general manager that you have at this current store that’s needs to serve safe test. It’s really ridiculous food in your beard fixing food food on your chest shirt nasty from eating it just doesn’t make sense like someone has to do something about this. I know someone has to see this so if Flynn group are you listening to this you gotta do better you got to do better because the general manager this current store is very very, very nasty very very and it shows you guys don’t care about our customers but if you knew what the hell this guy is doing and how he’s got Flynn group looking y’all might need to check into it. I’m seriously like someone needs to go with a hidden camera and see this. I refuse to order from this location and it’s right by my house because of how nasty one person is so that means if the head is nasty, the crew is nasty I’ve been watching and I can’t no more . I’m seriously to everybody looking I know a lot of these places deal with foreigners. I mean he had different kinds of meat on the pizza that I did not ask for like you know from a religion standpoint you guys got to do better but it’s so much wrong with this at one time I just suggest people don’t do it. If you’re Muslim you don’t eat pork it’s gonna be pork and your pizza. I’m just keeping it real like it shouldn’t be like this and if someone wants to call me and talk to me personally to see how you can try to fix this I’m here.Terrible like really if you don’t believe me just pop up don’t take my word for it so if you see the general manager shirt looks like a three-year-old and then he goes to fix pizza. Then he coughs without covering his mouth then, on top of that, he yelled at the young lady like you’re supposed to be a general manager. Why are you talking to your employees like this like it was a whole shit show so I know if he’s nasty everyone else is nasty and judging by how he talks to the employees they’re not gonna give full effort into anything how you talk to them like I’ve witnessed it and seen it but something needs to be done about that

  I called to place a carry out order with a coupon that won’t expire for another month. The man on the phone stopped to cough every 5 seconds of my order, and not just an ordinary cough, like the man needs a doctor cough. Which, I’m empathetic to the situation we’re in as a society and people needing to be at work, but maybe don’t have the guy who is unable stop coughing take your orders. Anyway, he took my order and told me my total was $9 more than the coupon had stated. He explained that he up charged me on every item, which is a common practice but if I specifically ask for a coupon and mentioned the price you would assume he would explain it costs more. After I requested to return the items to the original prices on the coupon, he quoted me the exact same price he did before. So I told him to have a good day and hung up. I will never go near this location again, and while I’m not a fan of Pizza Hut, my son wanted it badly so I decided to try today. That’s what I get lol

  Absolutely dumbfounded by management. Not only did the store manager get my order wrong despite showing him written word for word, he did not know how to do a refund for the wrong order. The guy doesn't even know where he works. Jason Balton, the GM, is just as worthless saying that the refund has to wait until the morning without any reasoning behind it. Do yourself a favor, never go here. Never got my food corrected, never got my money back by the end of the interaction.

  Beware they might add a tip to your transaction. I paid for my food using the Pizza Hut app and at pickup they didn’t offer a receipt. Noticed a day later they added exactly 15% to the transaction. Had to dispute with my bank. Should of checked these reviews before going

  I placed an order for delivery and it said it was delivered and never was. So I called the store and the general manager get an attitude with me and says that the drivers probably in the parking lot and hung up on me. I went and waited outside for a while and went back in and tried to call back for a refund and the general manager refused to give me his name for a complaint and refused my refund as well. The lack of professionalism is sickening. I just wanted my food or my money back and got neither. If I could give it a half a star I would. Judging by all the other bad reviews I should've read the reviews of this store first before I ordered. Ive spent probably hundreds to thousands at pizza hut over the last few years because it was my favorite place to eat. I will no longer be eating at pizza hut ever again. Can we do better pizza hut? Its not looking like it. I wonder if anyone else has got stolen from like i did.
