  This is the worst pizza hut EVER!!! I don't know why I keep ordering from this trash. I grew up on pizza hut and I can't get a good pizza from these people to save my life. Ok, so I ordered two personal pan pizzas this time. Pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, and extra cheese. Not a hard thing to do... it's just a few pieces per pizza. It's a pan for crying out sakes! It gets here and there are so many toppings on it, the pepperoni isn't even cooked. None of ALL the toppings were hot. It's swimming in sauce so you pick up the slice and it all slides right off. You are left holding a tomato covered barely cooked piece of bread. Come on!!!! Then, oh yeah there is more... instead of pitting each pizza in its own personal pan box, they pit them both in a my hut box which is supposed to hold 1 pizza and a side. So we wait 20 minutes to go pick them up and when we get there we are told "just a minute." No problem, but that minute turned into 30 (thirty) minutes. So that's a total of 50 (fifty) minutes for two horrible pizzas. I was the only one waiting in the store. I don't understand what the problem was. I never even saw a manager on the floor. Nor do I know why this pizza hut can't make the best pan pizza it's known for. Epic fail!!!

  Not gonna lie they make decent pizza, they just take a stupendous amount of time to do it. For some crazy reason they will take 30-40 minutes to make ONE singular pizza when they’re clearly not even busy, and have the nerve to give YOU attitude about it because “they don’t have enough help” or whatever. Very rude and miserable seeming folks working at this location! If yall’s job sucks so bad then QUIT people it is not that difficult. I promise no one has got you chained and shackled to Pizza Hut, cheer up guys! Management, (aside from the extremely rude general manager at this location who probably sees nothing wrong with the way business is conducted), you should 100% consider hiring more pleasant and reliable employees. Current staff should be fired.

  Time and time again, I order from here (my fault, I understand) and it is consistently late. We ordered pizza at 814pm on 8/18, with the ‘promise time’ of 833pm. It is not busy in there, at all, maybe 3 orders. I understand getting in the weeds, as I worked in the service industry for 10+years but to put my order to work AT the promise time, is ridiculous. The manager who is usually here (who is tonight) has a terrible attitude and is not providing a professional customer service attitude. Very disappointed in how this store is ran. Love the pizza, hate how long it takes and the attitude of the manager.

  There is a white girl who works as a cashier in the afternoons. She has a terrible service. She spends all the time talking and takes a long time to attend. I was waiting more than 40 minutes for a pizza that I had already ordered by phone more than 20 minutes ago
