- DLDale Leo5 days ago5.0My family loves this place! We opt for carry out. The counter people have always been super attentive and professional - even asking us if we care to inspect the pizza! We particularly liked how they use a warming tower to keep the pizza toasty. Speaking of the pizza. The quality is great! (We do deep dish). The whole prep crew who make the pizzas do a great job! The care and the quality of pizza really shows! We also wanted to thank the folks who made our latest pizza late evening on July 4th. Thank you!

The environment was everything and they both had the best attitude and got the food done fast and good!

After two and a half hours we received half the order and it was cold. At this point we figured we'd just get a refund and get something else from another restaurant rather than rolling the dice on another 2+ hour wait. An employee picked up the phone and attempted to get the manager after we explained the situation. Someone came to the phone and hung it up without saying a word. We attempted to call back and were informed the manager refused to come to the phone. The lack of any customer service or even basic communication was truly baffling. Whoever this manager is clearly needs more training before being in a leadership position.
