  ordered out from here - cancelled the order multiple times and then when I called they claimed they didn’t know what order I was talking out. Terrible experience every time.

  I made an online order and I upgraded my wings from a 6 piece to an 8 piece and I still got a 6 piece. I don’t appreciate that at all because I spent my money for an 8 piece and still got a 6 piece. Very unorganized. And staff not too friendly at all

  This is absolutely the worst papa John’s that there is in this area, I ordered a $111 order through DoorDash and after 1 hour waiting I got a call from my dasher and she said the store told her they won’t give her the items as she was the fourth person to come get them. I called the store manager and he dopely told me that I would need to call DoorDash cause they gave my order away to a random person without even checking if they were DoorDash or not. So now I’m out $111 for the next 7 days because of his lack of care and clumsiness. Let alone the attitude I received when asking for a manager without even causing a fuss mind you THEY GAVE MY ORDER AWAY and then wanted to get smart with me when I asked them to make a new order and give it to my driver.

  I went in, and the employees were handling food with their bare hands. One employee was extremely loud and using profanity. The employee in the back cooking pizzas had his phone sitting inside the pizza box area where my pizza was placed. Employees were also using excessive profanity throughout the store. Overall, the service was very unprofessional and terrible.

  Over half of the food was missing. Took over an hour and a half just to get cold pizza. Terrible service..
