  Ordered via Uber Eats. First driver stole our order. Went through 5 replacement drivers over the span of like an hour before we finally called the place and figured out what was going on. Restaurant refused to make us a new pizza because “oops. policy is policy!” Out $20 because Papa John’s and Uber Eats refused to refund us. I will never ever eat there again and I deleted that app. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED DOWN THE DRAIN— LITERALLY.

  I ordered a late night pizza at 11:08 pm. It was expected to arrive within 45 minutes. 4 delivery drivers attempted to pick up and then moved on as they were waiting for the order. After 2 hours, the delivery driver cancelled the order. I received no immediate refund or notification. So now i have to chase down my refund
