  I really, really want to keep ordering papa John’s. Growing up in Brentwood in the late 90’s I’d bring some friends home after a closing shift at circuit city - we’d throw on deep blue sea or con air - and my sweet mom would order my friends and I some delicious papa John’s. It’d come promptly, be hot, and just good enough. Ahh the core memories. Fast forward to today - I try to recreate the magic for my 16 year old and his friends. Pizza comes two hours late if it comes at all (twice it didn’t). I once called the store and the young lady told me cicis pizza is always hot and ready. She’s right. But cicis doesn’t scratch my nostalgic itch. I am sad. I long for days of only ok pizza being timely delivered - filling our bellies. I miss dipping the crust into garlic cups while watching kind of crappy but still awesome movies. But what I REALLY grieve, is the my kids don’t get what my mom delivered; despite my best effort. Something hot to eat at a moment we didn’t know we needed it the most. Youth is really wasted on the young. So yah, this papa John’s sucks. Order jets or ask your kids what they want on their Tombstone. ;)

  Here at night on 03/08/2026 11:45, I bought the pizza I ordered at 12:15, someone working inside ignored me even though my pizza was ready and didn’t care about headphones in his ear, he didn’t give my pizza as he liked, this is a disgraceful place

  Ordered Papa John’s through delivery and never received my food because the dasher stole the order. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability — no food, wasted time, and zero help resolving it. If you’re going to rely on third-party delivery, there needs to be some responsibility when things go wrong. Extremely frustrating experience. Won’t be ordering again.

  They would get more tips if they were friendlier and better at customer service. I couldn’t even get a smile last night from the guy who took his time to let me in from the freezing cold as slow as he possibly could. Last time I was in there a girl in there who was bubbly and friendly and eager to help someone. It was later in the night when I ordered but the pizza sauce and topping was mostly on the end on the pizza leaving the crust and the top dry. It was a lot to be desired with service and quality last night. Should have gotten couple cheeseburgers for a couple bucks instead 11/31/25

  Waited over an hour and the tracker said my order was delivered and it never was. This is the last time I will be ordering from Papa Johns.
