  Fr, this place is a whole mess. Management need to wake up. Man, the customer service here is straight trash. This ain’t even my first time havin’ issues with them either, they really don't give a damn about the customers. I just always forgot to leave a review, but today, 4th of July, I had time today. So I come in for a pizza. The dude making the pizzas is actually chill, he tells me hit him up in 10 minutes. Now, I see my pizza get pulled out the oven, right? But I wanted to test 'em to see if they actually got their chemistry together. Bro, the other worker just lets my food sit there getting cold for 5 whole minutes, ain't say word one to nobody. Since nobody was doing their job, I had to step in myself and ask the pizza maker to hand it to me, and he did, crazy polite. The lack of communication with this crew is wild. I only come here cuz it's close and I'm hungry, but if y'all keep fumbling the bag like this, you gonna end up just like that KFC on Murfreesboro and Bell Rd ghost. Gone. Get it together fr.

  Blackanager in the afternoons be mean mogging you doesn't talk you have to show him the delivery app just hands you the stuff no word. Always playing dirty rap music I been there multiple times every time I feel like I'm in a concert NOT KID FRIENDLY. I always gotta keep my eyes open due to the atmosphere they got this location ain't nowhere a section8 for it to be like that Pizzas perfect just POOR MANAGEMENT for a district manager to allow this and not even show up to the sites in the evenings as a surprise that tells you something. If I was a manager I wouldn't let it happen. I give your work with young people high schoolers but still do. It's a business not a club/concert

  Almost no steak on the steak and mushroom sub. Almost no mushrooms either. NEW!! Your app says. No. Just more of the same poor quality with no pride or ingredients. Back to marcos i guess. 9 dollars for steak flavored toast. Maybe you should weigh your ingredients or QC your cooks.
