  I ordered via DoorDash, and the order was sent to this store. The driver arrived at the store and regrettably had to call me with the news that the store employee refused to make the order. The driver sounded frustrated and told me that the employee said that it was too close to closing time and that she was not going to make the "hard ass order." Do yourself a favor; go to the Papa Johns in Brentwood near Franklin Road! As opposed to the location under review, the quality and service at the alternate Brentwood location have been excellent consistently.

  This location needs shut down. Every delivery order we have ever placed here has been incorrect- this is not an exaggeration.

  8/1: editing my review for service from Rebecca, she handled my issue immediately! I waited for the refund to go back to my account, the first manager I dealt with was horrible but Rebecca handled it today for me! She has amazing customer service skills, unlike the first manager who had an “I don’t care attitude”. 7/27: Had pizza delivered tonight. Half of the crust was missing. I called the store and a the guy who answered the phone said they ran out of dough. So I asked him, do you guys made my pizza with half the dough? Then he said let me get the manager. The manager who was female was very unprofessional. She said yeah I made your pizza! I said well you made it with crust on half of the pizza and no crust on the other half. She asked you want a refund, I’ll give you refund, didn’t bother to ask my name until I asked her would you like my name? I gave her my name. I’m not confident she’s going to give me a refund. I will never order from this place again. The delivery guy was super nice, that’s the only positive thing I have to say.

  I ordered a half pepperoni and onion and the half was bacon, peppers,chicken, and sausage and when I get home there was no pepperonis or onions this is ridiculous it looks like they just threw the pizza together ….i will not be returning here no wonder they have a 2 star rating.

  This location needs to shut down. The employees care less about their jobs and are all untrained. Ordered online for a 11:45 delivery and still said they were preparing the order at 12:15. Took my 28 minutes to get anyone on the phone for them to tell me there’s no delivery driver. I told them I’d pick up and when I arrived at least 3 drivers left due to the employees not even acknowledging they were there. I asked for a refund on the delivery and tip but again, no help. By the time I left another 7 upset customers came in. Whoever owns this location needs to be penalized and corporate needs to shut this place down.
