First time, my boyfriend wanted the ciabatta cheesesteak and he got a grilled cheese. This time, I needed my turkey sandwich on sourdough, how it usually comes, and it was put on white bread. I HATE white bread. If they didn’t have any more sourdough, they need to ask what bread for a substitute. I know it sounds petty but I love Panera. Unfortunately, I most likely won’t order from this one ever again.

She openly yawned, laughed at, and ridiculed my parents while they were determining what they wanted to order. Upon asking what type of soup they had, the drive thru worker laughed and asked “Can’t you read the menu?” My parents proceeded to go inside to speak to the manager, who didn’t seem to have a single issue with how the employee treated customers. The level of service that is typically expected at Panera Bread is now down in the trenches. So disappointing.

On top of this, my bagel had a napkin toasted to the bottom so it was stuck on my bagel. The napkin had adhered to the food so I could not eat the part with the napkin .
