We were there for over an hour before receiving our food, and there was only one other table with in the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant around an hour before closing. My Father got coconut shrimp instead of grilled, my son in laws steak was barely warm, and my Grandsons chicken had no mushrooms, and his fries were cold. Not sure that we will back.

The lights in the parking lot are ALL out! Yes, this is a very expensive repair, but one that is extremely important, if not for your guests, at least repair these for your employee’s safety. Every pole light, that is ridiculous. Okay, next the food was amazing. The server was very frazzled so we tried giving grace, but it got worse as the dining experience went on. My husband has a peanut allergy so we asked about nuts in a salad, he couldn’t tell us if there were any so he listed that my husband had a peanut allergy. Food arrived and mine did have some sort of nuts in it (not listed on the menu description ) although he still couldn’t tell us what kind, but showed me the ticket that he had listed my husband’s allergy, I’m grateful for that, but I’m not solely relying on that, after inspection, no nuts were in my husband’s meal so kudos for that. The next issue was that EVERYTHING was filthy. When we arrived at the booth, the seats were covered in leftovers and crumbs, upon opening TWO different sets of silverware, the napkins were disgusting, not stained, they were still filthy and unwashed, almost like they were just thrown into the dryer, but not washed. Knife- filthy and clearly not washed. Plates for bread arrived dirty. I’m honestly very surprised as every other Outback that we have went to have always been extremely clean, not this one. Very disheartened. Above all, fix the security lights in the parking lot, it’s worth the expense for your employee’s and guest safety.

I don’t remember when I’ve had such an awful dining experience. The service was slow. I finally got a glass of water midway through the meal. Dishes weren’t bussed; we moved them to the empty table next to ours. I asked for a spoon to help with eating my pasta - it never came. The seasoning was weird/off on most of our party’s food. Mine was so salty I couldn’t finish it - even if I had a spoon. Finally, the music was way too loud.

Went here late afternoon for a very early dinner. I think I arrived at 3:15. My family was already seated and waiting on us to arrive. We sat down and the server came over to take our drink orders etc.. I asked for coffee and was told their coffee maker was broken so I ordered water. My brother in law said their blooming onion cutter was broken too. We ordered our meals and snacked on appetizers the family had ordered before we got there. When our meals were brought out my brother in laws was on a plate that had dried blood on it. He ordered the chopped steak medium. Mine and a friend’s were missing mashed potatoes. We were told they had to make them & they would be brought out as soon as they were ready. My brother in laws plate was taken back and they transferred everything to a clean plate. The friend and I finished our meals and while waiting on the check reminded the server that we hadn’t gotten our mashed potatoes or the bread we had requested. She apologized and went to get them. I had the Caesar salad with chopped steak and mashed potatoes although the mashed potatoes like I said were missing. It would’ve been nice to have them to go with my steak and gravy. We never did get the bread. Right as we were getting ready to leave we got the check and our mashed potatoes. The chopped steak was super salty. The service wasn’t bad, our meals were just incomplete. I don’t think we will return to this establishment anytime soon.

Every Thursday for months now we have been going to this Outback location for lunch. The food has Always been very good!! Not sure what happened yesterday. We always order the same food. My husband orders the sirloin and my daughter and I order the endless soup and salad. The potato soup was thicker than gravy!!! It was tasteless except for the burnt taste! We then ordered the French Onion and it was the WORST!!!!! Thick Thick Thick!!! It was not soup it was burnt brown gravy!!!!!My husbands steak was ordered medium and it came rare and tough as shoe leather!!!!!! The baked potato was so old it was not white it was brown with dried out skin and it was smothered in butter and sour cream to cover it up!!!!!!! And the worst part (believe it or not) was we arrived at 12:00 and it took forever to get this NASTY Disgusting Inedible food!! Even the waiter commented on how thick the soup was!!! So why serve it!! Never Ever going to this location again!!!!!! Shame on you Outback!!!!!!!
