The beverage program boasts classic, seasonal cocktails alongside local Nashville brews and both domestic and international beers.
Steaks were excellent. The server was our same server from 2 years ago and he was great. Very personal service and great food. Would highly recommend the blue cheese crust on the steaks. The table sides were a bit on the smaller side, good for 2 people but order two of each if there are more than 2 of you. Book a reservation on Open Table and you’ll have no wait. Looking forward to coming back.

Walked in and was greeted with a great smile by the hostess. I arrived about 30 minutes early for dinner with friends, so I walked up to the bar and sat down. Waited nearly 10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment — not even a simple “Hi” or “I’ll be with you shortly.” Eventually walked out after leaving my gum on the placemat for the bartender. Unfortunately, we were heading back shortly for dinner, so I hoped the experience would improve.
After initially considering this a 1-star experience, I’ve come back to change it to 5 stars because dinner completely turned things around. Both the service at the table and the food were excellent. They had unfortunately run out of the Wagyu steak, but the replacement aged prime steak was outstanding. We ended up being the last ones there, and the staff never once made us feel rushed.
That said — avoid the bar. Quite honestly, the worst bartender experience I’ve had in at least 250 fine dining experiences.
But the restaurant itself? Impeccable.
And dessert… we shouldn’t have ordered it, because now it may be addictive. The gooey brown butter cake was dangerously good. Their strawberry basil crème brûlée was unique and absolutely fantastic, especially with the vanilla Chantilly cream, basil crumble, and macerated strawberries.
Restaurant: excellent.
Dining service: impeccable.
Food: outstanding.
Bar experience: terrible.

Waiter was nice did have to ask for a refill of water a few times. Food was okay nothing special. Did want salmon they didn't have it on the menu. Was going to get a drink until I saw a guy with tattoos on his neck and arm spit in the bar behind the sink. Not really sure what was up with that but I do know that was very unsanitary and unprofessional.

If a steakhouse night were a movie, this one had a full cast, a tight script, and a standout performance.
At Oak Steakhouse Nashville, the evening hit that rare balance where the food shows off and the service quietly steals scenes. The steaks came out with that perfect crust-to-center harmony… the kind that makes conversation pause for a second while everyone recalibrates their expectations. Compared to past rounds at Harper's Steakhouse and JW Steakhouse, this one edged ahead. Not by luck, but by execution.
And then there was Robert, our server, moving through the room like a seasoned conductor. Timing, attention, awareness… everything clicked. Glasses stayed full, plates arrived like clockwork, and somehow the whole table felt taken care of without ever feeling hovered over. That’s a craft.
The night wasn’t just about what was on the plate, though. Between bites and bold opinions, the table leaned into real conversation, and even a few rounds of 52 Card Flip 🃏 slipped in to keep things lively. It felt less like dinner and more like a gathering with flavor and purpose.
Final verdict:
Top-tier steaks, standout service, and a night that raised the standard for what Steak Club is supposed to be.
Next reservation has something to live up to.

My wife and I started with the tuna crudo. The Tuna at first glance looked like it was going bad. At first bite, it confirmed the look. I don't know how the chef did not catch it. It smelled and tasted a bit fishy and we didn't eat another bite and sent it back. I should have trusted my gut before eating that bite to begin with.
We then got the bone marrow. The bone marrow was great! Bright, balanced seasoning and perfectly cooked. Unfortunately the bread went past "toasted" and half it ended up just straight up burnt and was like eating straight charcoal.
Next came the brussel sprouts. I thought they were good! Nothing to try and recreate at home but they were worth the price.
For the main coarse I had the dry aged Kansas City strip. This, funny enough, was probably one of the best steaks I've had. Cooked and seasoned perfect. I would definitely get that again.
My wife got the Scallops. The scallops themselves were overly salty and the sauce was extremely bland. You would think they would balance each other out eating it together but unfortunately it ended up underwhelming for the price.
For drinks, my wife mentioned to the waiter when he got to the table, 10+ minutes after we sat down, I would like the Wagyu fat washed smoked old fashion. I told her it does sound good but I'll just do the oak old fashion. When he brought the drinks out he had a smoker on top of the drink so I just assumed the oak old fashioned was also smoked. I then tasted it and mentioned to my wife it tasted fat washed but maybe I was just in my own head about it. When the waiter got back I made sure to clearly specify I would like another Oak old fashion while looking directly at him to make sure there was no miscommunication. He said he would have it right out and walked towards the bar so from there on I was certain the oak old fashion was just smoked and I was just going crazy about the fat washed part. I ended up ordering 3 total. When my wife and I got the bill they did take the tuna off but right there at the bottom was 3 Wagyu Fat Washed Old Fashions. $35 each instead of what I asked for which was around $12 each.
I had been excited to try this place since my wife had had it many years ago and had talked a lot about it. I was overall very disappointed to get a Logans Roadhouse service, taste and quality while paying well over double for what is supposed to be a more upscale restaurant. The fact the chef let the tuna crudo make it to the table alone was a red flag. (All this with exception of the steak and bone marrow).
My wife was very sad with the overall experience and said she felt bad because it's nothing like when she went 8+ years ago. The service speed was awful, the service itself was not good, and the food overall was not even close to the quality she remembered.
