  My experience at Noir was truly mixed because the food and in-person service were exceptional, but the reservation process for larger parties was extremely disappointing. The food was superb, and the service we received once seated was top tier. Ms. K, the bar manager, provided outstanding hospitality, and Ms. Tyler, our waitress, was attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the morning for brunch. They both helped make the experience enjoyable despite the frustrations regarding reservations. The reason I am giving a 3-star review is due to the lack of communication regarding reservations for parties of six or more. I attempted three separate times , on different weeks and days to submit reservation requests through the Noir website as instructed. I also visited the restaurant in person and left messages, yet never received a confirmation, denial, or any form of follow-up communication. As a result, instead of celebrating my mother’s birthday together as one family, including relatives visiting from out of town, we were forced to make two separate reservations for six through Yelp and were seated apart. That was disappointing for such an important occasion. The process for reserving larger parties is not customer-service friendly, and the absence of communication made planning unnecessarily stressful. A simple response confirming or denying the request would have gone a long way. Noir clearly excels in food and hospitality inside the restaurant, but the reservation communication process for larger groups needs significant improvement.

  My husband and I visited this restaurant and celebrated my/our birthday today. Our waitress was superb. The reason I gave service 4 stars was because we came inside from the parking garage and were confused on where to go. We walked in and was standing waiting to be seated. There was a light skinned lady with short hair that rudely told us were to go. She said something like this: “gone on down there and get in line”. And that threw the entire experience off for me. She spoke to us in a manner like she was shushing us. After parking was validated, we were seated. Our waitress was really nice and bubbly. I can’t remember her name, but she was a white lady with tattoos and one in the middle of her neck. I’m only identifying her because I forgot her name, but I wanted to recognize her service was awesome. She was really sweet and down to earth. She also gave us recommendations. She said her favorites were the tomahawk steak, seafood pasta, and the Rasta pasta. We ordered Mac n cheese, 8oz filet, greens, and the seafood pasta. The food was definitely not worth the check. The steak was tough to cutt (shook the entire table), the greens were salty (we could not eat them), the seafood pasta was very buttery and was just average. The lobster was tough. We took a couple of bites and got it to. My Husband and I agreed….we don’t have to visit for the food ever again. Overall, it is a very nice vibe and nice waitresses. The guy that brought our food out was very pleasant as well. He brought our food to the table with black gloves on and that was greatly appreciated.

  We had the absolute best experience at Noir Kitchen & Cocktails during a recent trip to Nashville! We came in with a large group of 14 and everything from start to finish was seamless. The restaurant itself is such a vibe — great music, beautiful atmosphere, and the perfect energy for celebrating. The food was incredible across the board (truly 10/10), and the drinks and overall service made the night feel really special. We ended up having such a great time that we booked a catered brunch with them for our girls’ trip/Mother’s Day weekend — and I’m so glad we did. Nia helped us coordinate everything and she was AMAZING. So accommodating, thoughtful, and made the entire process effortless. The brunch setup was stunning — it perfectly matched our theme and felt elevated, fun, and intentional. And again, the food did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for group dinners, celebrations, or even private/catered events. They truly go above and beyond — we can’t wait to come back

  Worst customer service experience ever , our waitress named “ Courtney” whose name I had to get from our receipt bc she didn’t even greet us when we got seated , she had an attitude before she could even speak , And was talking to us in a way that sounded like she didn’t really want to be doing this , rude . But I seen her interacting with others around and she wasn’t giving them that same energy so I’m not sure .hopefully it was nothing personal , also told us brunch ended at 3 but our table had the hours of service with brunch saying it ends at 3:30 , and made us order from the dinner menu, but I still was seeing people’s brunch food coming out Once we seatedzso I’m just not sure .and we got seated at 3 .It wasn’t until she brought us our food that she realized that I was not really in a good mood and that’s when she started to Act nice, Either way, but food was good. I just expected a better experience. This was my first time visiting, I spoke to management but wasn’t able to get all the details cause I was ready to just go.

  The ambiance, the customer service and the food are all 100/10! Please go to this restaurant! I want to start with the service because we had a reservation for 6:30 but so many things went wrong for us on the way there; reached out to see if we could extend the reservation and they were so accommodating to us and it was without any issue. That was so kind because we came from out of town and this restaurant was on my list to try and they willing pushed us out an hour when they didn’t have to. Thank you so much Noir. Also, the venu itself is beautiful and the ambience is so romantic and calming. I took so many photos and videos because it’s so gorgeous. Our drinks were nice, strong and tasty. For our dinner we ordered the lamb chops, catfish, and oxtail dinners and we all ironically ordered the same sides which were the yams cabbage and Mac and cheese. I had oysters for my appetizer and again, amazing! It was my cousin and husband’s first time trying oysters and they are hooked! I have to say everything was sooo delicious. The fish was fried perfect, the oxtails were well seasoned and tender and my lamb chops were cooked perfectly ! It was my birthday dinner so they were so kind to bring me a slice of cheesecake! Like I said, 100/10!
