  takes 5 minutes to get my coke zero because their machine is broken and no one wants to help. They have 10 employees in the kitchen 6 customers 2 people in drive through and everyone still moving like snails. Had to ask my soda from 4 different people because it is not their job.

  This McDonalds is family owned now and literally every single time I come here it’s my worst McDonald’s experience ever. I use the mobile ordering most of the time. I will typically get the correct food in the end but I’m Mad Mad at that point. Today the lady taking orders in the drive through asked me to hold on. I was like sure, no problem. Proceeds to start taking orders from the other lane. 2 orders pass me, I say uh hey, I’m still here. She was like I’m only taking orders on lane 1… I said should I move? She said yeah if you want to… I was like I have a mobile order. She huffs asks for my code. This place needs to get it together or give the company same back haha McDonald’s already looks bad and yall out here making it worse.

  This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the U.S. The Big Mac was assembled perfectly - neat, precise, balanced, and unusually well made. Honestly, it was the best-looking and most carefully made Big Mac I’ve ever had in the States. Thank you - it was excellent. #1610
