  Came by needing something to take the edge off hangry Went to kiosk area - first one broken but plenty others and a couple hidden by balloons Used Arch code and also paid with a McDonald’s card that I picked up yesterday Worked Got pickup code Waited a minute or two and number called Fast Went to take a great pic and saw some traffic consternation people need to relax Good times!

  Went there for a DoorDash order, they proceeded to give me the wrong order when it was for an angely not a Austin and then they proceeded to have me wait for over and hour telling me oh it will be just 10 more mins. Then decided to tell me oh we can’t make your order bc of a ticket. Chick at 2nd window was very rude. Also heard something on the regards of you missed the fun we had 3 “drunk” employees. Also while I was waiting, multiple different door dash orders also got handed out wrong n people had to bring them right back. This location workers need to be checked or have someone better in charge

  Terrible place to get food. Employees are disrespectful. Not to mention show up under the influence. Can’t even give ONE person the right doordash order. Sat there for an hour just to be told they couldn’t remake it without a ticket. Sorry excuse for a restaurant! Will be calling corporate!!

  During my break at work, I went to the McDonald’s I usually visit. I ordered a McChicken and four cookies. Two of the cookies were ordered online, and I paid for the other two in person. When I got to the pickup window, I received my food and, anticipating an issue, I checked immediately. Sure enough, I only had two cookies. I waited for the remaining two, but the employee who took my order just stared at me and did nothing to address it. When she approached the window, I thought she’d help, but she did something else and walked away. Only after I said “Ma’am” did she finally help. I’m upset, as I come to this location regularly and have never had an issue before. This was unacceptable. I was in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes for a mccchicken and 4 cookies.

  Wait time was rough and bad customer service. No one at the counter for 10 minutes.. manager walked up and said “what do you want”. I said large drink and then she repeated “what do you want” again with attitude. First McDonald’s I’ve been to where the drink machine was behind the counter. Now I don’t expect 5 star service at McDonald’s but no need to be rude not apologetic for making people wait so long.
