  Poorly managed, long waits, wrong order, and what kind of restaurant lets themselves run out of ketchup on a regular basis, just not managed well

  Muy mal servicio se tardan demasiado para sacar una mínima orden pero para cobrar es lo primero q hacen no recomiendo este lugar…no esperan a q uno pida bien la orden solamente quieren hacer todo a la carrera así no se tratan a los clientes una vergüenza!!!😒😒😒

  This restaurant in specific, this one especially is very dirty, there was flys in the windows the food was okey, the employees are not nice at all they should be nicer and smile at least, and there was a hair in my Chiken nugget.

  Horrible location, worse manager. This morning, I placed a mobile order for a small coffee at this location. When I arrived at the drive-through, the person asked me for my mobile code 4 times before they said they didn’t have my order and asked me to go to the window to verify it. I showed my proof of mobile order/receipt & proof that I ordered at the correct location, and the person at the window asked me to speak to the manager at the 2nd window. (At this point, I had been there for several minutes. side note: I was terrified being at this location because there was a man walking around the parking lot going towards cars swinging his arms/displaying clear signs of substance use and/or mental illness). I then explained to the manager that I placed an order and that it was just a small coffee. The manager started arguing that they didn’t have my order and couldn’t therefore serve me. I asked if I could just get the coffee since I had already paid for it and she said “no because my store isn’t going to get credit for it.” The manager was rude, very unprofessional, and didn’t even offer an alternative. She just asked us to leave. Such an inconvenience! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
