  It’s the only McDonald’s in the area, and the line is very long, but it moves fast—thanks to the lady taking payments at the drive-thru. She gets annoyed if you don’t give her your order quickly, but that’s fine; she makes sure the line keeps moving. I’ve been to other McDonald’s locations where the line doesn’t budge at all.

  If you aren’t going to pay attention to the customers who took the time to come in your store, you should just get rid of your lobby and become another Sonic.

  We visit this McDonald’s frequently, and the experience is always hit or miss. Today my son ordered nuggets and fries, and I ordered a McDouble. Unfortunately, the burger was barely warm, dry, and old — the bun was literally falling apart. On top of that, I get overcharged more often than not. When I bring it to the staff’s attention, they act frustrated, dismissive, and like they don’t have time to deal with it. Today I finally just said “don’t worry about it” and drove off because of the attitude. The McValue deal is buy one and get one for $1 on certain items. I ordered the McDouble, so the small fry should have been $1, but I was charged $1.79. It’s constant. Can they just not get it right?

  Excellent McDonalds! Food is always hot and delicious and the people are always so nice! We don’t usually eat fast food but make an exception for this restaurant only.
