Restrooms closed, need to wait 5 minutes until some workers come to open for you. The sandwiches are assembled sloppily. So disappointed, never coming back

I'm so used to unraveling the wrapper with caution, because sausage & egg usually fall out from a half-ass rolled burrito. That didnt happen today. This may be a silly review. But I love people that take pride in their work like that. & It was a to-go meal. Made it so much easier to eat in the car on my way to work. Thanks again. Also the service was fast & friendly. Plus the store was clean. I hate that I live in Clarksville now. You don't get good service like that out there. Ive already reviewed other McDonald's in the past out that way, so you can see what i mean.

I have set at Vanderbilt hospital all day and came back at night to talk to management about a refund for my missing items from breakfast.. they told me they couldn't help me.. refused to give me a refund or do anything at all. I have my recipt.. I don't understand why they treat customers like this... come on greyco. Do better.. make the situation right... they are at fault for not giving me my food in the morning of my purchase but when I returned to discuss the problem the manager nahomy also refused to give me a refund
