  Waited for 30 minutes for a curbside order . Said my food was done , but never brought it out. This is the first time I have had this problem at this location. This is unacceptable.

  Manager w the dreads is rude as hell and unprofessional. She berates her TEENAGE employees right in front of customers. mad cause I told her I wasn’t gonna pull up for TWO coffees because they forgot about me before when I did that previously. Girl you could’ve taken your anger out on me and not that child, I would’ve cussed you flat the hell out!

  absolutely horrid a location for doordash to choose. consistently takes forever to make orders and also refuses to answer support when contacted about any order placed at their location.

  Deli :) we try the new blueberry 🫐 mc flurry but nothing better then Oreo mc flurry ✨♥️ Mc Donald Kids Friends taste different. 💗 excellent service

  I came through this McDonalds (2499 Murfreesboro pk) and I HAD to leave a review for the cashier whom took my order tonight! It is 216 am and I have had the BEST service I’ve had from this store in a long time! Jeffery was so extremely kind and so helpful taking my order! I gave 5 stars just for his service tonight! I hope he can get a raise or something because not too many customer service people out here being that kind! He offered to make sure the sauce I asked for was in stock and everything ! I know it sounds small but in these times that goes a LONG ways and not many offer that type of help at any fast food place!! JEFFEREY you made my night with your service and kindness! Thank you! And McDonalds keep this guy! I can also say this specific crew as well was nice! One of the best experiences I’ve had here! Mr. Jefferey earned McDonalds all these stars because he was the star tonight!!!!
