  Came here about a month ago and had a horrible experience. The district manager corrected it. She was very nice and sweet. Today is Mother’s Day and my son and I figured we’d use our coupon before we went to the carnival down here. While sitting here eating, a homeless man decided to smoke some of his cigar by the front door, so now it smells like a black and mild. After a few good hits, he did end up going outside. At this point I just won’t be back. The staff were nice this time but it just feels like it’s always something when I come here. I’m usually not a Karen, but cmon. This is the only McDonalds that I just don’t get always has something that’s an issue.

  they get my order wrong every. single. time. today they forgot an entire meal. and not even a sorry or anything they were upset that THEY messed up my order. smh

  There has always been a very strong bad smell, the workers don’t pay attention to the orders specially if they are to go. I ordered food for my family and there were multiple items missing. I suggest if anyone one buys to go orders please check every single item before leaving the restaurant

  Ordered a chocolate shake with my meal. Turns out they don't have chocolate, but have all the other flavors. Tried to get a refund for just the shake and the manager lady kept saying she can't refund it and would have to refund the whole meal and make me pay again for the meal without the shake. After several minutes of trying to just get my money back I ended up having to take a vanilla shake. Which turned out to be warm and not ice cream at all. Was pure liquid like water so I gave it to someone random. And ate my meal without a drink even though I paid almost 4 dollars for a water downed shake. I stopped coming to this location four months ago because i have never ordered food here and have it come out correctly, tried to give them another chance. If at all possible I recommend eveeyone drive three minutes up the road to the other location because this one is garbage and you will not be treated kindly either.

  Hello to all.. I rarely eat at McDonald's, and when I do it's usually breakfast. Yet, you would think that since this location is in a nice, up and coming downtown metropolitan city, that the quality of food and service would be better than most locations around the city.... I was sadly mistaken. Other than the homeless asking for money.... My order was wrong, so when I went back to get it corrected, the cashier greeted me with, "what's wrong with it?"😳. Furthermore when I got the sandwich back, instead of remaking the entire sandwich, they just switched the egg, put it on the same sandwich and wrapped it in the same paper 🤦🏾‍♂️. Lord please give me strength. Guys, you may want to bypass this location.
