  I haven't had a fresh donut from Krispy Kreme on Thompson Lane in Nashville for years. I moved to a different location. I was driving by there today, and stopped for a dozen to take home. I went inside, not crowded but the service was extremely slow. Friendly, but very slow. I got home and ate one of the regular glazed. It had no flavor except for an old grease taste. I then tasted the glazed original cake donut that was my favorite. It also had no flavor. It just tasted and smelled like old oil or grease. Now I just have an after taste. I paid $22.00 for a dozen of really poor tasting donuts. The cinnamon roll only had flavor because of the cinnamon. How absolutely sad. I honestly can't believe how overpriced and bad these donuts are! I then got on Google to see if anyone else has a complaint? I should have done this before wasting 22 bucks on terrible donuts because it looks like a lot of folks are complaining about KK, and also the location on Thompson Lane. Krispy Kreme, it WAS nice to know you, but I won't be back. You really ruined your donuts. Bye

  We ordered half a dozen of the candy bars and half a dozen of the spring edition donuts. We repeated ourselves multiple times at the drive-through, and then we asked about the iced coffee. They were out of ice. We went up, and she said she heard nothing. We repeated ourselves multiple times to order when we got home and opened the box. The order was all messed up. There was no spring edition, which is the one we really wanted, and barely any candy bar ones. Instead, there were glazed chocolate and other normal donuts. We paid extra for the spring edition, and it was cheaper online but ordered in person because the app wasn’t loading and didn’t get what we wanted. Horrible service. The girl working there has to be deaf.

  The little lady at the front greeted us with a big smile and a free HOT donut! She even said my gf looks like a model. Another man gave us donuts. 10/10 THE BEST KRISPY KREME EXPERIENCE EVER

  This was my first time ever going INTO a real Krispy Kreme. So right off the bat it was already the best day of my life. I walk in and the guy behind the register was super nice and I heard that if the "hot light" is on, you get a free donut. It's true! I got my free donut, it was the best thing I have ever had in my entire life. So naturally I ordered 6 to go. I got 4 of the banana puddings and one of the oreo ones as well as the new milk bar "birthday cake! I haven't tried all of them yet but I did try the banana pudding, I specially came for the banana pudding one. I actually cannot fathom how good it was. I will certainly be back. Thank you Krispy Kreme for making the best donuts (ever)!
