Asked for extra toasted on a sandwich girl in red hair said straight up no. She wasn’t just a jerk to me she was an equal opportunity jerk to everyone who walked in. I haven’t been to jimmy johns in years then I remembered why. Also $25 for a sandwich that was done like crap.

We waited nearly 30 minutes, and while the wait itself was frustrating, the worst part was the way we were treated. Your product is actually very good, but a great product means very little when the customer service is this poor. This clearly reflects a lack of proper training and management. If you are having trouble finding employees who represent your brand well, that issue needs to be addressed rather than allowing customers to have experiences like this. I was a frequent customer, but after today, you’ve lost my business. Great product, but unfortunately, very poor service.

My Order was placed at 6:26pm, it took them 44-mins to just make it (7:10pm). How does it take 44-mins to make a sandwich? ONE SUB W/SIDE OF PICKLES WAS ALSO $19.83... 7:26pm. Still no food, to round out an hour of the worst experience ever with this company. I'm 3-mins down the road... Who the hell is running this place? They need to be fired. FREAKY SLOW
