  Our first visit to Jimmy John’s on Broadway in Nashville was a great experience! I had the Italian sandwich, and it was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly as ordered. The service was quick, and everything was prepared fast, even with the busy Broadway crowd. If you’re looking for a delicious, fast meal while exploring downtown Nashville, this is a great stop. We’ll definitely be back!

  I was picking up an order they had bunch of sandwich on the counter I was trying to see the name I was picking. The lady was very rude and told me not to touch she wasn’t even trying to help me. The lady next to her was very sweet help me. I would not go in to eat or get orders with the customer service I experienced. If she doesn’t like her job she need to quit with a bad attuide like that.

  “Great sandwich shop with fresh ingredients, fast service, and amazing flavors. The sandwiches were perfectly made, the staff was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended
