The quality of the sandwiches has really deteriorated, and the employees are not well trained. They don’t know the menu well, what is included in sandwiches, no longer inform or ask about wanting extras put on the sandwich, etc. The bread is skimpier, with very little turkey meat on the Turkey Tom, no real mayonnaise (as I had requested) on the sandwich, and the bread was tougher. The Turkey Tom was bland and tasteless. I used to love their Turkey Tom and their bread, but not anymore!!
