Manager stated they are not participating in the coupon. I asked staff to call store manager coupon was not honored. Absolutely horrible service over a BoGo offer sent via email. In app it wasn’t listed which locations were participating. Completely wasted my time! Go next door Five guys are great😋

Basically ate a lettuce, tomato, cheese and bread sandwich. Called to complain and was treated like I’m wrong and the it was perfectly fine that the club lulu sandwich I ordered only had that much meat on it. The guy was rude and sarcastic. Called back to speak with a manager and found out the first guy I spoke with was the owner! Supposedly his name is Tyler and he won’t get anymore of my money and I used to visit this location 4 times every week! I gave the receipt number to the guy and he said he would refund me but guess what! Never even got refunded! Tyler does not care about his customers and apparently, based on his attitude towards me, thinks he is better than his customers. I hope my honest review affects your business so that you learn how to treat your customers!
- GBGina BrazilMar 31, 20223.0This location now has a drive-through, which is a plus, but I ordered a sandwich with no meat or cheese… (For a grandchild who wanted only mayo& lettuce on white bread) and they charged me the full price of a meat& cheese sandwich! $7.19. When I questioned them about it they said they had no way to price it out any differently! I got the meat and cheese on the side, since I’d paid for it. I can’t imagine that they cannot accommodate vegetarian orders in a better manner.
