  Paid $18 for a sandwich combo. The sandwich came with 4 small pieces of turkey that didn’t even stretch the entire sandwich. Basically ate a lettuce, tomato, cheese and bread sandwich. Called to complain and was treated like I’m wrong and the it was perfectly fine that the club lulu sandwich I ordered only had that much meat on it. The guy was rude and sarcastic. Called back to speak with a manager and found out the first guy I spoke with was the owner! Supposedly his name is Tyler and he won’t get anymore of my money and I used to visit this location 4 times every week! I gave the receipt number to the guy and he said he would refund me but guess what! Never even got refunded! Tyler does not care about his customers and apparently, based on his attitude towards me, thinks he is better than his customers. I hope my honest review affects your business so that you learn how to treat your customers!

  It was fairly busy, the tables were all dirty, and they messed up my sandwich by adding cheese, which I’m allergic to and specifically requested to exclude. When I was trying to order, one of the dudes working the line spoke over the person taking my order to loudly tell me, “it will be at least 10-15 minutes before your sandwich.” Alright, cool, I don’t mind. What I did mind was having to hear him loudly huffing and being kinda rude to the other people working. Every person in that place could hear it. I was already in my car when I found the cheese and I just threw the sandwich out and skipped lunch.
