  These are some of the most horrible employees we have encountered. I called the store 25 minutes before to ask if my wife could purchase two loaves of bread. Which the young lady said she could do that. My wife shows up and the three male employees proceed to be extremely rude and say no one has ever called for bread and that they would not sell it to her. So disappointing.

  Don’t get me wrong—when Jimmy John’s makes the sandwich correctly, it can be a very good sandwich. However, too many times lately my orders have been missing items I specifically requested, such as onions or Jimmy Peppers. Without those additions, the sandwich loses a lot of its flavor and impact. That inconsistency can be frustrating, especially when compared to places like Jersey Mike’s that tend to get orders right more reliably. It really highlights how even good food can be let down by simple mistakes, and how that can affect the overall experience. That said, the service is typically exemplary and the prices are reasonable, which is a big reason I continue to go back. When everything is done right, it’s still a solid and convenient option.
