  Staff is mostly kids. Went there and the kid taking my order was chewing on a straw which is disgusting. Then they somehow missed my order and served many people before me and then when I asked about it they could not own up to a simple mistake and say sorry. Kids just kids. Hiring department is a joke lol. I would embarrassed if this was my store.

  Incredibly sad, disappointing experience. The store was dirty and the employees were comatose. Allowing the person to wear earbuds will interacting with customers is disrespectful. This place is a glorified garbage can.

  Terrible customer service, I literally ordered A PICKLE. I understand it’s an extra charge and ORDERED it. I didn’t ask for slices, I just wanted a damn pickle. When I realized they didn’t give it to me they kept arguing that I had gotten it, I confirmed to them I did not. Then they wanted my receipt that I hadn’t kept because it’s a sandwich, then pulled up the order and said I didn’t order the pickle but that they added pickle slices. I said I had ordered A PICKLE, not slices. Then they wanted me to go back and pay again over the pickle they didn’t give me the first time. Absolutely stupid, I was so annoyed with the ordeal I just left. I had no issue paying, they should have charged me when I ordered the first time, but instead they made a huge scene as if I was trying to steal a stupid pickle.
