  I ordered six shots (4 wheatgrass, 1 turmerics and 1 ginger) via Uber Eats. When I received my order I had four ginger shots and two smoothie, neither of which were labeled. I understand things happen, but adding the name of the drinks so that I would know what is in them would have been helpful. I tried to call several times and the number is disconnected. I called the Green Hills location and it went straight to a voice mail that was full. Then I called the Franklin location and the manager, Emma said that she didn’t know the number to the Opry Mills location because they are not affiliated. Again, I get that things happen, but the lack of professionalism made the situation even worse.

  I thought they were closed since the mall opened @11 so an employee comes around to turn on the sign and was talking so I assumed it was to me and she said very rudely.."No I'm on the phone".. I left ... shameful to be so rude!

  I'm in the mall right now at the counter and the employee refused service saying she's ABOUT to close They close at 8pm. How do you refuse service before the store officially closes? Poor customer hospitality and can't be a representation of what corporate expects from their employees.

  No me gustó que le pusieron agua del grifo a la limonada que pedí. Literal, yo ví a la chica enfrente de mí abrió la llave del sink donde se lavan las manos, y puso agua en mi bebida. Deberían usar agua filtrada
